In my opinion, the Wesker concept art for Code Veronica X (pictured below) is better than the final design.

Mainly due to the fact that it's a cliché for the villain to wear black, I prefer this dark grey version, with the HCF emblem on the shoulder and the HCF acronym on his back. Although, some changes would be best here. Instead of the back of his uniform merely saying HCF, I would prefer it to say this:

As an homage to his 2002 S.T.A.R.S uniform (pictured below).

As you can see, his combat vest has the S.T.A.R.S acronym at the top, followed by the full meaning of the acronym. This is the main change I hope would be made. Next, perhaps change the model of sunglasses he wears. Instead of aviators, he should wear Ray-Bans. The aviator style, the circular lenses specifically, don't fit his concept outfit. Finally, perhaps he should wear an earpiece on his right ear. I am aware, of course, that he's wearing an earpiece on his left ear in the concept art, but this is absent in the final product.
