Hello fellow fanfiction peoples of the world, I thought I owed you an update as to why I discontinued this story. Well the truth of the matter was this fic is based on Rhaegar Targaryen and Lyanna Stark from A Song of Ice and Fire and it's TV adaptation Game of Thrones. When I started this fic over half a year ago I was a RXL shipper and believed their relationship to be a forbidden romance. Like a good chunk of the fandom I was blind to what it actually was, a 25 year old man who kidnapped a 16 year old girl and then proceeded to statutorily rape her. Lucius was going to take the place of Rhaegar and Anyleyia was going to take the place of Lyanna. Remus was Eddard, a later to be revealed child Anyleyia bore Lucius named Snow Malfoy would have taken the place of Jon Snow, and so on.
I do still write fanfiction, but most of it is on Archive of Our Own under the name "arborsgold". So if you want to read some of my much better work then feel free to head over there. ASOIAF is still one of my main fandoms, and I'm happy to say that I am in a much healthier circle of it than I was when I started this fic. I've found great happiness in the Jonsa(Jon Snow x Sansa Stark) portion of the fandom, and I couldn't be more greatful to have found them.
