Isabella looked around to her sister, Ella, playing around in their backyard in North Carolina. The cool autumn sun was burning in the sky and school had barely started. But Isabella and her best friend, Brandon, had been excited for their school lives to get back on track.

"Amazing how fast things have changed, huh? It's like life never stands still," Brandon said as Isabella smiled at him while looking back over to her 13 year old sister.

"Yeah it is amazing. Anyway, what are we doing after school tomorrow? I feel like doing something out of the ordinary," Isabella said as Brandon smiled.

"Another time. Come on. Sing something so all of this can be uplifted," Brandon said as Isabella had grabbed her guitar strumming as she started to sing.

Brandon smiled hearing her voice still going off in his head while he looked at his wrist seeing the time. Standing up he had given Isabella a quick hug before he stood up leaving the house. Isabella shook her head as she took in the September weather while never knowing if she would truly let go of her feelings for Brandon. Or if she even knew what they were.
