PT. 7_Pneumothorax

Minyoung's POV

Minyoung: Thank you for helping me Sunoo.

Sunoo: It's nothing you should really stay around one of us.

Minyoung: Yah don't say it's nothing I might be heavy.

Sunoo: Actually, you are light as a feather. And you're very skinny.

Minyoung: Yeah cuz I starve myself
I mumbled but sunoo still heard

Sunoo: What did you say!? Yah you need to eat and take care of yourself.
He said worriedly

Minyoung: Now is dance lesson right?

Sunoo: yup

Minyoung: race you to the studio!
I ran

Sunoo: yah!

At the dance studio

We came here panting. Sunoo was out of breath.

Minyoung: Y-Yah are you ok?

Sunoo: yea I'm oka-
He fainted

Minyoung: Sunoo! Jake help!
I called Jake who was talking to the others. He looked at me then sunoo. Everyone (enhypen)ran to us. Jay carried him to the nurse's office. We followed from behind. When we reached the nurse's office, she called the ambulance.

When the paramedics came, they brought him in the ambulance. We took the cars and followed the ambulance to the hospital.

In the waiting room, I sat down shaking my legs, worriedly while the boys were encouraging each other.

Felix: Hey! I heard want happened you ok?

Minyoung: No oppa. I caused him to faint.
I said coldly holding my tears.

Felix: yah what's wrong with your voice?

Minyoung: N-Nothing
My voice craked
"Shit"I thought

Felix: wait...Sunoo... He's the boy you like!

Minyoung: Oppa! Be quiet! His friends are here!
He hugged me

Felix: It's ok.. It's not your fault. Maybe he has a sickness or something. Or he can't run too much.

Dr. Kang: Kim Sunoo's guardian?
I looked up

Heeseung : here!
They stood up

Dr. Kang: He shouldn't have any physical activities for a week. He still has to come tomorrow for breathing therapy for his pneumothorax. Has he been taking his meds?
"Breathing therapy? Pneumothorax? Meds? What is going on? "I thought

Heeseung: Yes everyday after breakfast and dinner.

Dr. Kang : ok you may see him. He's awake.
They bow and went in.
I went inside after them.

Sunoo: Hey guys! O-Oh Minyoung you're here too...

Minyoung : Can you explain pls?
I made a puppy face.

Sunoo: wow Jake hyung is right. You really do look like a kitten.
I blushed and went back to my cold face.

Jay: That's the first time I saw you smile.

Sunoo: Minyoung you should smile more. You look pretty smiling.

Minyoung : Sunoo... Pls tell me. Oh and don't tell anyone you saw me smiling.
I held his hand

Sunoo: ok ok I'll tell you... I have a disease... Pneumothorax. It is when air leaks into the space between my lung and chest wall. This air pushes on the outside of my lung and makes it collapse. It causes me to have difficulty in breathing after a physical activity.

Minyoung : W-Why didn't you tell me?

Sunoo: cuz I thought you wouldn't want to be my friend if you knew...
He looked at his toes.

Minyoung : Sunoo... Look at me. You are the first boy I have wanted to be friends with after Jake left. I look at my friends personality, attitude and confidence. You are all that sunoo. I trust you and would never stop being friends with you over your disease.
I said showing him my soft side for the first time.

???: Sunoo ah!
