CHAPTER 8

~ Sasuke's P.O.V ~

Team 7 is back from the land of waves and Yes the fight with Zabuza and Haku occurred but this time I didn't go out into a temporary death state put by Haku

Haku and Naruto had a emotional talk about Haku's past about how his clan was hated and scared by all because of his kekkei genkai , Kakashi sensei was at the edge of hitting Zabuza and Haku came infront of Zabuza in order to save him

I caught Kakakshi sensei's arm before the lightning blade could pierce through Haku , Gato and his minions came into the scene after sometime most of them got killed by Zabuza himself and for Gato . Well he got stabbed by Haku with a bunch of senbon needles

And Zabuza simply threw him into the river funny right?

~ 3rd person P.O.V ~

As the ravenatte kept walking through the village the red - orange ombre sky walking along in the Hokage's cliff he noticed a familiar figure sitting on the edge of the Fourth's face

"What is she doing there?" Sasuke thought

Without any second thought he sneakely teleported towards her

Ren of course felt someone's presence behind her, she quickly turned around sighing in relief when saw Sasuke

"Hey.." Ren greeted in a low voice which made him raise his eyebrows at her

He sat down beside her "So.. something wrong? You seem to be completely drifted out?"

She gulped , of course not wanting to tell anything about her encounter with Orochimaru "Hey , you can tell me I'll try to help you in every way I can" he assured gently placing his hand on her shoulder

"It's just....how should I say you"

"You can tell me I won't tell anyone"

"Okay...so..I don't know if you'll really believe me but..that day when you left for the land of waves" She paused and started peeling the skin of her fingers

"Stop that" he seperated Ren's hands from each other holding them in place while softly gripping her wrists with his left hand

"Like , that dream was creepy it really was . I saw you and Hinata fighting a snake , Naruto was unconscious hanging on a tree" she explained

This of course caught Sasuke's attention getting to hear the familiar past accident from her

He forrowed his eyes "D-did you see something some more?"

"Yeah.. after that I was sure brought into someone's mind scape" She stopped again exhaling

"Who was it?"

"It...it was Orochimaru"

"Oh fuck! What did he tell you?" Sasuke asked

"He told me that he would harm the person I'm most expecting it to be" She said staring down at the village

This made the Uchiha beside her way more than normal curiosity he desperately wanted to know who she could think of of course he knew Orochimaru was talking about him but he wants to know who she thinks about

"A-and that person he was talking about was you"

This made it clear to him that she cared for him even if she herself won't realise it now but he knew it and is sure about it

"You sure think it's me?" Sasuke asked

"I'm sure about it" she answered confidently

He looked away from her with the rarest smile on his face slightly laughing which made Ren horrifiedly turn her head towards him
