~ 3rd Person P.O.V ~
The Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze the yellow flesh of Konoha and the Third Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi the two most important people of the village right now.
Every present Shinobi has a rank Genin, Chunin , Jonin and the strongest is the one and only Hokage of the village . Out of 29 academy graduates only 9 students are passed down the Genin rank .
Then the Genin students are promoted to Chunins but that requires an exam and thats what the current Hokage Minato was discussing with the third now .
However it really seemed Sasuke changed the past within a short period of time and Fei was sure he didn't take this chance for granted
"So Minato..what do you think about the Chunin exams?" Hiruzen asked
Minato sighed placing a hand on his chin leaning against the Hokage's chair "This is kind of a hard decision besides it's not even been a year since the Genins graduated..so"
"We'll see about tha-" a knock on the office door cuts of Hiruzen
"Come in!"
An ANBU member came inside panting heavily immediately getting on one of his knees
"What happened?" Minato asked
"Orochimaru was found dead" That what he said

"Any clues about the person who killed him?" Minato asked
The ANBU member shook his head as a no "I'm not really sure I was the only one who saw it that Shinobi must have been crazy strong to kill one of the legendary Sanins"
As if Minato realised something he resured "It's fine..I need you to summon Sasuke Uchiha here"
~ Shisui's P.O.V ~
Here I was training Sasuke , as Itachi was on a mission and I had a day off so why not train your cousin nevermind
Got to admit his skills look off to be beyond Genin level . Heck! He should be in the ANBU so much likely he would surpass me then and here in ten seconds
