I witnessed the world turning,
rotating and revolving.
I witnessed the weather changing,
form sunny then suddenly it's raining.
I witnessed a lot of speaking,
but not a lot were listening.
I witnessed a lot of existing,
but not all were actually living.
I witnessed people longing,
for all the love and caring
I witnessed your eyes gleaming,
looking at me as if I was the only star shining.
I witnessed a lot of growing,
of feelings that I wasn't expecting.
I witnessed a lot of staring
into your deep eyes where I couldn't stop wandering.
I witnessed a lot of falling,
but only few did the catching.
I witnessed a lot of failing,
dreams people were tired of reaching.
I witnessed a lot of hearts breaking,
caused by too much hoping.
I witnessed people leaving,
away from all the lying.
I witnessed things improving,
turning into something worth having.
I witnessed a lot of waiting,
for an impossible happy ending.
I witnessed a lot of proposing,
but you'll never do the kneeling.
I witnessed my heart screaming,
asking for help, it won't stop hurting.
Because I witnessed your love fading
each and every day it's changing.
I witnessed your love totally disappearing,
and I had to see you leaving.
What was once the best feeling,
is now just a dream I want to stop dreaming.
