"stop fiddling with your fingers." kuroo whispered, separating kenma's hands and holding one of them with his.
"i'm just nervous." he said back.
"dude, we aren't even on the plane yet. now it's not time to get nervous." he rolled his eyes.
both boys were sitting on the airport chairs waiting for the boarding call. kuroo could tell kenma was nervous, as he was bouncing his legs, looking around a lot and fidgeting.
he knew kenma could get really nervous when being on public spaces with a lot of people, but that wasn't the reason this time. well, not entirely.
they'll be meeting y/n, suna, and their roomate cameron (who they had previously met when streaming with suna) in about 5 hours. it was exciting for him, but kenma looked like he was constipated or something.
if he didn't know how much of a big deal this was for kenma then maybe he would've laughed at them.
kuroo was bored, so he decided to do what any person would do, he took out his phone. he opened the wattpad app (🙀) and went directly to @4RT333M1S's profile (🙀), he obviously followed them because their stories are the best and he had read each one of them and voted on every chapter (🙄). well, time to reread.

after approximately 20 minutes, they heard a voice call for the flight they were taking. kenma noticed first, and he immediately got up.
they got in line to board and then after a long long 5 minutes, they were on the plane. kenma was next to the window, kuroo in the middle, and fortunately, no one sat on the other seat.
kuroo was telling kenma about the beautifully written fanfic that he had been reading, but he wasn't really paying attention.
the voice of the pilot echoed through the cabin telling the typical things, welcome, remember to fasten your seatbelts, etc etc. the plane started moving, which only could mean they were about to take off, and in no time they were already in the air.

some time passed with kenma watching downloaded twitch vods and kuroo a series on netflix. there was a bit of turbulence but it was alright.
the pilot talked again saying the airplane was starting to descend bla bla bla. soon enough they were off the plane waiting to pick up their luggage.
once they had it, they just had to wait till they came to pick them up, and they were both excited and nervous.
