Misunderstanding[TCF Fanfic]

Innocent Part 6

Rok soo felt that Cale was indeed brave to face a scary assassin by himself and talk so casually to him. But then again Cale might not have known about it he thought.

Cale meanwhile looked at rok soo who heaved a sigh of relief when Ron left.

He felt amused at the fact that rok soo was scared of his butler but not the dangers he would face on the streets.

He took out his clothes that he used when he was younger and gave it to rok soo who took it and went to bath.

Once he came back rok soo saw Cale eating and once he too was about to sit down and eat when he realized that something about the food seemed off.

On realizing it he stopped Cale from eating any further at which Cale looked at him confused.

"What happened rok soo aren't you gonna eat?" asked Cale pulling rok soo into his lap.

Rok soo meanwhile didn't pay much attention to it as he was still horrified at what he had just seen.

"Haaa" rok soo sighed.

He wondered whether things would ever be easy. He felt that all that he had read about Cale Henituse from the book was not true.

He noticed how the food bought by the maid was spoilt unlike what Ron served Cale before and wondered why Cale didn't complain.

He sighed once he couldn't take it anymore and took Cale by the hand and into the kitchen making sure that Beacrox the cook was not there as he didn't want to face an torturer and started cooking a Korean food that he used to eat frequently.

Little did he know that he was been watched by the cook secretly, who seemed to be interested at seeing the boy cooking.

As he was cooking Cale silently watched him.

"Why are you doing this?" he asked.

"Well you see if the food given to you is spoiled then wouldn't I also have to eat that food? I am too weak and it might not be good for me so I'm also giving it to you" rok soo said.

Cale just gave him a bemused look and ate the food without a complaint.

Honestly speaking Cale didn't expect much when he tried the food. But the moment he swallowed it the flavors exploded in his mouth and he hurriedly started scarfing the rest down.

He felt as if the food was the best he ever ate even though it was the first time he was tasting such a dish.

'Hmmm this could be on par with Beacrox's cooking' Cale thought.

Though if rok soo knew Cale's thoughts he would be having a nightmare if he was compared to the chef.

Meanwhile Beacrox had gone to buy some things he needed but had come back as he forgot his money in his kitchen.

So he soon went back and noticed some noise in his kitchen. At  first he was going to kill whoever it was but upon noticing the young master and a lad who was cooking Beacrox decided to watch before doing anything.

As he watched he was amazed at how the boy worked. It seemed that it was a foreign dish and upon seeing the young master scarfing it down Beacrox became curious as to how the dish tasted and why the young master who would usually throw tantrums was eating the food without any complaint.

Rok soo meanwhile who was watching Cale eat the food in satisfaction suddenly felt a chill which he decided to ignore.
