I wake up seeing I'm in a dark room with light shining from a window

I start hearing giggling and running coming from behind the door seems it's kids

I shake a bit at the sound of someone slamming something I look beside me seeing a note book on the night stand and a pen by it

"Pick it up" I hear a voice say behind me

I quickly pick it up opening it seeing names in it

"Death note" I read at the top of the page in the note book

"See theses are all death names on how they die or how you want them to die" the voice spoke laughing darkly

"Oh Mmhmm he's down in hell he should be up here soon"

"Shut tf up Duce" I hear Von say standing by the door holding a head that looks like it was ripped from someone's body with blood dripping from it

"Oh here he is" the black figure walks towards him hugging him on the side as Von mug him pushing him off him

The black shadow disappears as the door slams making me jump

"You scared" he smiles evilly walking towards me as my hearts beats fast almost to the point it pops out my body

I look down in the book seeing my name
