So I made the mistake of using oil pastel that I happened to have.
BIG mistake.
It went everywhere, and ruined the background.
This is also the drawing where I learned never to trust tortillons again. They rub graphite INTO the paper, which makes it harder to erase. Sure, they're more precise, but I started using brushes from here on out.
As you can also see, I rushed the hair again.
And the outfit.
Oh well.
I might do a redraw in the future.
