As Sirius was about to leave regulus was screaming from upstairs

You run upstairs and Sirius waited but when you didn't walk downstairs in a few seconds

Even when you didn't reply to him after he called your name

Fear setting into Sirius's mind and he runs upstairs

To see someone not you holding regulus as you were passed out on the ground

Sirius slowly sneaked up on them and pointed his wand at them

"Put my son back in his basket." Sirius says and they do that and put regulus down "Now who the fuck are you?" Sirius says and he's then met with peter and he frowns

Of course peter knows where this place is he's come here once or twice during the summer, same with Remus

"Trying to kidnap my kid huh wormtail? Well listen here you rat I'd love to kill you but your the only thing allowing me to be cleared." Sirius says as he doesn't stop pointing his wand at peters neck

"Oh Sirius you always were the one to act like a tough guy weren't you, but in the end you just can't even kill me can you? You are weak aren't you." Peter says obviously trying to get Sirius angry and maybe to kill him or something, Sirius doesn't know what peter was trying to do, maybe get Sirius to kill him so peter then doesn't get locked up or something but who knows

"Weak? I didn't betray my friends and get two of my friends killed and one falsely locked up for 13 years, I didn't orphan a baby or make a sister lose her brother, if anything your weak you couldn't keep your mouth shut." Sirius says as he helps you up and onto a chair

Sirius kisses your forehead and waits until you woke up

Which when you do and see peter tied up

You wanted to kill him and Sirius had to calm you down and reason with you so you don't murder peter

"Why won't you allow me Sirius? He got my brother killed!" You say and Sirius nods

"I know and I wanna kill him, but he's the only thing standing in the way of me being able to teach my son to ride a broomstick outside for the first time, or teach him to play quidditch in the backyard, be able to walk around with my son not as a stupid fucking dog." Sirius says obviously upset and you nod as you hug him and kiss him to calm him down

"Your right that is definitely important." You say and you glare at peter who looked scared of you

Oh of course he's scared, he's always been scared of you

You pick up regulus and rub his back

"I'll take him with me and prove he's alive and then I'm clear, I'll get Remus to do it, as well as question him why he was trying to take regulus." Sirius says and you nod and kiss him

"Be safe." You say and Sirius nods and leaves with peter

You rub your head which was starting to hurt from getting knocked out by peter

You didn't notice it because you were too angry from seeing the stupid rat

*I hope Sirius gets cleared, all he wants is to be able to take regulus out without worrying of getting locked up, and I want that as well, I want a normal life with Sirius, and I know he wants it as well*
