We were now In a car, Kurapika had released me, and the man was still asleep. I could practicly sense the emotions off of him
"You could have died Y/n" Kurapika said sternly
"But I didn't"
"But you could have!" He looked towards me
"I think you're underestimating me" I spoke as he froze, remembering the hunter exam
"Hisoka said she could even be an examiner!" *this was in italics but I fixed a mistake and it became normal again, I'm to lazy to fix it lolol so kow that was in the past*
He sighed
"My apologies" he said before looking forward
"There's a car coming up behind us, think it's them?" One of the guys asked
"Your right, looks like we got a tail step on it" the other one said
"A tail? How?" Kurapika asked before looking at the man of murder
I did the same, focusing the aura in my eyes to spot a nen needle attached to the man.
As they pointed it out, I immediately disposed of it
They continued discussing the situation among themselves as I prepared sleeping gas for the big guy next to me.
Small Timeskip
"Hey! Wake up!" One of the men said as the guy from the Phantom troupe layed tied to a table
"I'm sure you understand what's happening here" he continued "your going to tell us where you hid that stolen merchandise"
"Does anybody know what time it is? How long have I been asleep" The Phantom troupe member asked as he gazed my direction
"Sounds like you don't understand the situation" the head guard spoke again "You see, I ask the questions here!" He yelled, aiming his sword at the man's skin, just for the sword to snap
Everyone gasped, (well other then you)
"Let's make a deal shall we? You release me right now and I'll spare all of your lives" he said as one guy started to panic.
The hearing girl explained that he was serious as the man continued about the merchandise, and how he didn't have it.
It was the truth.
The shadow beasts took all the merchandise before hand.
"Everyone makes mistakes right? Now you know that we haven't stolen anything yet, just take these things off and turn a blind eye to what we're about to do, if you do that. Then I'll let you live." He said
"What about the guests?" Kurapika asked
"What guests?" He asked
"The ones that were present in the oction hall, our colleges were among the crowd. Answer me" Kurapika stated
I didn't quite know what was going on, but I could tell you one thing
"You guys killed them right?" I asked looking at him
