The End At Last?

Your P.O.V~

I still wasn't one hundred percent sure what was going on but I knew that whatever it was it wasn't good. My entire body was numb and my eyesight was colored red. "I hope this all ends soon".

Lord Death's P.O.V~

I watched through my mirror as Maka, Soul, Blackstar, and Tsubaki all set out to find Kid. I decided it best not to send so many people this time because that's what Scorpious wanted. If I were to send Stein he would just go mad. I sighed as I watched closely.

After several hours they had reached their destination. But I lost contact when my mirror suddenly stopped working.

Maka's P.O.V~

{Y/N} and Kid we're at each other's throats like crazy. Kid had a complete makeover. I couldn't believe my eyes. "Kid has gone mad". I snapped out of my trance and moved my gaze towards Blackstar who has already begun attacking Scorpious. I wasn't sure if I should intervene between {Y/N} and Kid or if I should help Blackstar. "Maka get your ass moving" Soul hissed. I gazed at {Y/N} and Kid once more before charging after Scorpious.

I swung soul straight at Scorpious's chest but sadly Scorpious side stepped my attack as if it was the easiest thing to do in the world. Blackstar's attacks were doing better than mine but even when he split into dozens of himself Scorpious could somehow find the real Blackstar. "How could this be...we've defeated a kishin...how can we not deafeat Scorpious". I gripped Soul into my hand tighter and while Scorpious was busy attack Blackstar I attacked. Soul pierced through Scorpious's arm like a knife going through butter. Scorpious hissed in pain and tripped me and punched me dead in the face. I squealed when I heard my jaw crack. I looked over at Blackstar who caught my gaze and nodded.

I slowly stood up my body still weak from the impact to the ground. Blackstar was already in enchanted sword mode. "You two are still fighting..." Scorpious laughed. I narrowed my eyes and took in a deep breath. "Of course we are. You will not win" I hissed. Scorpious just continued to laugh. "SOUL RESONANCE" Blackstar and I chanted at the same time. "GENIE HUNTER" I yelled as I jumped up. Blackstar jumped up too and we both slung our weapon partners directly at Scorpious. I felt Soul make contact with something before everything went black.

Scorpious's P.O.V~

I smirked when both Blackstar and Maka hit my force field I had created from Kid's madness. It was pretty helpful when you knew how to harvest other's power. "That should take care of them for a while" I muttered as I stepped over the unconscious teens. Their weapons were in their human forms and unconscious as well. I looked up and found {Y/N} gripped onto Kid's throat her eyes tar black and her weapon several feet away from her. Kid's pistols we're also missing and I spotted them just a few inches away from Kid's feet. He had his fingers gripping {Y/N}'s hair trying to get her to release. I smirked and pulled out a needle that had a small little sample of black blood inside of it. Of course before Medusa died I took a little bit of her treachery for myself. I ran up behind {Y/N} and stuck the needle deep beneath her skin and pushed the nozzle. I took several steps back to see what it would do to her.

{Y/N} released her grip on Kid's throat and turned around. She cracked a devious smile and picked up her weapon. Her skin was as pale as ghost making her look sick. Kid picked up his pistols and shot {Y/N} directly in the back but it didn't seem to affect her at all. {Y/N} began cackling crazily and charged at me. "My plan backfired ". I quickly summoned my Scorpion sword and blocked {Y/N}'s attack. Kid tried to help me but somehow {Y/N} dodged or blocked every single one of his attacks while keeping her soul less eyes on me. I was growing weak by the minute she wasn't slowing down at all.

My eyes widened when {Y/N} grabbed my arm and kicked my sword out of it and laughed a madness filled laugh. "Fuck you" she hissed before she plunged her katana deep within my gut. "This is the end.....I came so close..". My vision went black but for a few seconds I could hear my heart pounding within my head before everything went still forever.

Kid's P.O.V~

Reality seemed to crash back down on me like a freight train colliding with a steel wall. I gazed around at the chaos before me. I spotted a familiar figure standing over a floating soul. "She must have killed Scorpious...hopefully for real this time...I never want to see that bastard again". I approached {Y/N} and placed my hand on her shoulder. "Love...are you okay" I whispered. {Y/N} stiffened up and turned around. Her eyes were completely black and she had an evil grin on her face. I took a step back and fought back the urge to just cry. "I can't lose her again". But before anything else happened {Y/N} collapsed to the ground unconscious.

Sorry for short chapter guys. I've been really busy all week and I've had some family issues lately. But I'm on spring break so hopefully I'll be able to get some decent chapters out. This book is almost finished so another reminder there will be a sequel and it will be called Are You Sure I'm Special? So make sure you try to find that once this is finished!
