Sannie was upset.

No, upset was too small of a word to describe his true feelings, but the little one only knew so many words and couldn't find a bigger word. Only big San could, little Sannie sadly couldn't.

Usually, he never feels so upset with his lovely caregiver, but who would blame him?

Hwa denied him candy! He had every right to be upset.

The elder had even scolded him for it, claiming that little didn't deserve to eat any candies as the boy hadn't eaten any of his veggies.

It wasn't fair, San had been good all day but just because he didn't eat some yucky veggies, Seonghwa didn't give him any candy.

Not even one! The poor little felt so upset over the situation and went to his -- Seonghwa's, actually -- room, sulking.

He didn't know how much time had passed, he was busy ranting to Shiber about it to even bother looking at the time.

At least his stuffed animal understood how he felt.

"Mommy was so mean! Can chu believe it Shibs, mama not give Sannie any candy! Not even- even one!!" He huffed angrily and stared at the stuffie the best he could through his teary eye. He was very sensitive, and even little things like this made him upset.

He felt like he deserved some candy, it wasn't fair!

He was so busy sulking that he didn't even notice the door to the bedroom open.

After San had left the kitchen with a pout on his lip and sad puppy eyes, Seonghwa had instantly felt bad.

It had always been a challenge to reject anything the little wanted, hence why he spoiled him so much. But as much as his heart didn't want to, he had to draw a line at times and put his foot down.

He knew the little understood why he said no, maybe not now because he was 99% sure the little was too busy sulking. But he will later after he cheered up.

And that was his main priority right now. After half an hour had passed with no signs of San leaving his room, Seonghwa decided it was best to see if the little had calmed down yet. He didn't go after him to give him space, but now he was getting worried.

He put the last of the dishes to dry and walked towards the room quietly, pressing his ear against for any signs of the boy.

And sure enough, he heard San's tiny sniffles as he mumbled quietly to himself.

Being as silent as possible, Seonghwa opened the door and stepped inside, leaning against the doorframe to stare at his little.

"And den- den mama say no!" He was repeating the same things over and over again, a habit he had when he was angry.
