Arxian clenched his fist as he looked at the sobbing individuals.

There were no longer room for pity and he is not one to easily forgive, especially to those who hurt him. In his heart, as a young rich kid with undeniable comprehension and intelligence adding up that his father is no ordinary backer in his side, he always repays people tenfolds.

Ten folds kindness or tenfolds hell.

If it was only as small as scraping his skin, he would only have let this go with just a simple 'close-to-death' beating. But he died, lucky to have been able to become some idiot's proclaimed 'wife' and got to enter back to his body.

Now he stared at them again. Their pitiful expressions took him in an ecstatic view.

He isn't a saint.

He is a human life who's future was snatched away at seventeen.

If he could have been still alive until today, he might have reached eighteen being alive.

"So, why choose me?" He asked coldly. There are more than seven billion people in the world, in his city, there are thousands of people passing by, twenty percent of them always wished they died while six percent of them self inflicts while zero point ten percent of them committed suicide. There are also criminals who's done worse and are still lurking under the streetlights.

Just why him?

While he knew himself that he isn't the kindest, he is definitely not the worse. He was merely his father's son. It was merely the surrounding environment that created his bearings and he accepted his growing environment like a sponge. The only thing he resisted in this life was his father's future plans for him.

"Young master is asking you!" The underling kicked one of the captive's chest that caused him to fall on his back writhing in pain.

Some couldn't help but cried louder seeing their brethen kicked off.

Xian clicked his tongue and turned around. "Set them out to run for their lives being chased by the hounds. Let's see if they can get out alive." He noted that they should put some bear traps in the woods and make sure that those false hopes of escape be shattered to nothingness and die.

He started to walk out the shed away from that unpleasant smell and instead, inhaled the fresh air from this wilderness.

He clenched his fist as the wind blew towards him. Cold breeze sent shivers down his spine until it wasn't cold anymore. Arms were wrapped around his shoulders and warmth was pasted to his back like a thick layer of blanket.

However, this irritated him as he struggled from the firm hold but could not. Although this is cozy, it doesn't mean that the asshole should assualt his comfort zone.

And more to his horror, his earlobe was suddenly bitten making him froze. Noticing that Xian's shock made him stiff, Victor chuckled and once again invited himself to taste more, lowering his head and kissed the young man's neck and even added a swift lick to it.

Thump!

The young raven could feel his heart somersaulted and fell harshly into his liver.

Did that guy just...

Arxian's eyes darkened as he looked around for a gun in hopes that he could shoot this guy who stuck so confidently behind him like a giant leech no matter how hard he shook him off.

His mood has already gone bad earlier and now it's become rotten. It's his eighteenth birthday today, planning on spending it to some car racing with his friends but too bad, he's already dead in their eyes.
