Chapter 9

YUTA'S POV

"I think she should know. Even after you saved her from those bastards." Taeil said with his hand on his chin thinking of every which way possible that Y/n should know that I am falling for her.
"Exactly! That's my point! I gave her so many signs showing her that I love her! But I don't think she still gets it..." I said back pacing the floor in Taeil's living room.
"Then how should we let her know?" The older one asked.
"I don't know... but it's giving me a headache." I rubbed my head then sat down with Taeil looking up at the ceiling.
"Maybe you should tell her. I think it's pretty hard for her to figure out how you really feel towards her." The older stated. I knew he'll give up thinking of other strategies.
"I'll just wait... I don't want Y/n to know too fast..." I sighed as I closed my eyes for a quick second.

"Irene already knows, right?" Taeil asked.
"Mhm. Yeah... but I told her to not tell Y/n, remember?"
"Oh... yeah, I remember that conversation." Reality hits him in that moment. "So, is Y/n doing fine now? After that incident?"
I nodded.
"Yeah, I know Irene has her in good hands, she'll be fine, no doubt."

"BRUH! CAN YOU STOP! IT'S MY TURN NOW!" I heard from upstairs.
"What the hell is going on up there?" I asked the older one as I got startled for a little bit.
"Oh, it's nothing. My roommates Haechan and Mark are just fighting over the PC. They can sometimes be super loud and annoying during the night."

"MARK! HYUNG!! STOP!!!"
NO!!! YOU HAD YOUR TURN TWICE! SHUT UP!"
"NO YOU!"

"Oh for the love of Christ... they act like children..." Taeil sighed. "I'll be right back. Let me just put these two barking dogs in their place."
"Okay." I said as I watched him jog up the stairs to deal with those thunder mouths.

Suddenly, my phone began to ring.
I took it out of my pocket to see Irene's number pop up. Then I answered.
"Hey, is everything okay?"
"I need you to come quick! Y/n just started breaking down for no reason... I tried to comfort her, but she kept tell me that she wants you! Please hurry!! I want her to stop sobbing! It's making feel bad!"
I could hear her trembling voice on the other line as I responded back.
"Okay, I'll be right there."
After I hung up, Taeil came downstairs right at the perfect time.
"So, what were we..."
"Sorry, can't talk right bro, Y/n needs me." I said as I got up snd grabbed my belongings and headed outside.
"But..." Taeil peeped.
"I'll be back soon okay? I need to hurry!" I rushed as I closed the door behind me and hopped in my car to drive to Irene and Y/n's place.

Y/N'S POV

Curling up in a tight ball on my bed, I sobbed so hard to where I couldn't even tell if I was breathing or not.
"Y/n... p-please... stop c-crying..." Irene whispered patting my head which really didn't help me in any way.
"I c-c-c-can't... I w-w-want.... Y-y-y Yuta..."
"He's coming... d-don't worry..."

It's been about 5 to 10 minutes, yet it felt like hours until he finally came here. I heard a knock at the door, but Irene went to get it instead.
That's when my emotions started to get the best of me once again... I saw Yuta walk in my room with his arms open wide.
I wasted no time and got up and ran to his embrace. I made sure I squeezed him TIGHT like there was no tomorrow.

"Y/n... what happened?" He asked stroking my back ever so gently as he rests his chin on my head.
"I k-k-keep having th-these nightmares of m-men ch-ch-chasing me..." I buried myself deep in his chest to let out all the tears.
"You'll be fine Y/n... they are only nightmares..." He whispered in my ear keeping me close to him as he keeps rubbing my back which I could feel all of his love and affection on me.

"I'll be in the living room if any of you two need me..." Irene said from the door way.
The Japanese man turned to her and gave her a nod. After that, she closed the door leaving me and Yuta all alone in the room together in the semi dark bedroom...
