Lisa stormed through the grand entrance of the mansion, which boasted marble floors reminiscent of ancient Greek temples. With a determined shove, she flung open one of the massive doors and marched inside, her heels echoing sharply against the marble.

She raced up the stairs, flinging open the door to Mr. Kim's office. "You're resigning?!"

"Lisa—"

"No, Mr. Kim, absolutely not!" Lisa's voice was laced with frustration. "Not when I finally love my job, not when I'm finally happy with what I'm doing. Six years! Six years I've worked for you, and it's only this year that I've truly gotten the hang of it."

The old man sighed, removing his glasses. "I'm sixty-four years old, dear. I need to rest."

"But that's why I'm here! You can still work, but I'll handle everything for you. I'll make your job so effortless you won't even know you're working," Lisa insisted.

"I think it's time for my grandson to take over," Mr. Kim announced.

"Your grandson is a nightmare!" Lisa's voice grew more intense. "He's reckless! He treats women like trophies. If one-night stands were a sport, he'd be the MVP. He thinks he's so smooth, but he's only interested in himself, and you know it!"

Mr. Kim merely smiled. "Which is why you're the perfect person for him."

"What? Did you not hear what I just said?" Lisa asked incredulously.

"A woman who understands what he's capable of, someone who won't be swayed by his charms and might help him become better."

"That's absurd," Lisa replied sarcastically.

"You're young and strong. You'll understand him better than anyone else. My grandson isn't a monster; he's a product of his experiences. You know his background, and I have faith that you can handle him. He'll change for the right person."

Lisa didn't have much of a choice. She felt a deep sense of loyalty to Mr. Kim, and despite her reservations, she couldn't bring herself to refuse.

So on a Monday morning, Lisa meticulously prepared an iced Americano with exactly four ice cubes, one and a half teaspoons of sugar, a dash of vanilla extract, and a drizzle of honey from a specific brand. Ordering from a café was not an option—her new boss preferred knowing who made his coffee.

"Your coffee, sir," Lisa announced through gritted teeth, trying hard not to slam the cup onto his desk.

Taehyung took the coffee, barely glancing up from the file he was reading. After a sip, he mused, "Hmm... measurements are a bit off, but I'll let it slide since it's your first time. And that skirt looks really good on you."

He finally looked up, winking at her. Lisa gasped and rolled her eyes, her patience wearing thin. "Do you need anything else, sir?"

"That would be all. Thank you, sweetheart." As she turned to leave, Taehyung's gaze lingered on her, clearly appreciating the view.

A few hours later, two men approached Lisa's desk with smug expressions, one of whom was clearly a flirt.

"Good day, doll. We're here to see Mr. Kim?" the flirtatious one said, adjusting his glasses and letting his gaze linger on Lisa.
