Robin's POV

We made it to East End. We found the water tower. There is a hatchet door, we get it open. Me and Batman jump inside. Batman gets out a batarang. We look around.

Robin: No one's home.

Gordon starts to climb down.

Gordon: I kept Waller and her Agency people out of the loop on this. It's just the three of us.

Batman: We can handle this without her.

Gordon looks around.

Gordon: Not exactly cozy, is it?

Batman: Let's see what we can learn.

We start to walk around. We see newspapers.

Robin: Someone's keeping a scrapbook.

Gordon: Vain, isn't he?

We then see a monkey statue.

Batman: See no evil. Hear no evil. Speak no evil.

As we are about to walk down the stairs, the hatchet door closes and locks. Gordon runs to the door and tries to open it.

Gordon: Goddamn it! It's-- It's stuck.

Batman: No way to open it from the inside.

Gordon: Then how do we get out?

TV screens turn on. It is arrows, leading downstairs.

Robin: We go in.

Gordon: Oh, after you two.

We start to walk downstairs. Each TV screen turned on at a time. Gordon then comes down.

Gordon: Gimme a good honest crack house any day.

We then see a dead body. Batman turns the body facing us. The body had a really bloody mouth.

Gordon: Oh, God.

Batman reaches into the pocket of the man, we see a ID card.

Batman: Special Agent Mario Fernandez.

Gordon takes the card.

Gordon: Holy crap. He's one of Waller's.

Batman: One of his pupils is fully dilated. The other's contracted. A clear sign of brain trauma.

Gordon: Huh. There's no sign of a blow to the head.

I grab his face and open his mouth.

Robin: The man bit his tongue clean through.

Gordon: He must've suffered a shock. Or a sudden jolt.

We see blood through his ears.

Gordon: There's some hemorrhaging from the ears...

Robin: His eardrums must have burst.

We look at his legs.

Robin: One shoe is missing.

Gordon: The sole of the other one's almost completely melted through.

Batman: He's missing parts of his fingers on the right hand.

Gordon: We saw this before. The victim in the casino.

I see a phone on the ground, I pick it up.

Robin: He was trying to call for help.

Batman takes a look.

Batman: The phone isn't getting a signal.

Gordon opens up his phone.
