So I'm back

Anyways, THUNDERSTORM will officially end on this 17th chapter.

But the thing is, though...

Not all stories end with a satisfactory ending. In fact... some end where the universe shatters.

I walked back to my dorm, and Blyke said he had to go to the mall for something. Isen went to work on some articles, John and Sera went to get boba, and that left me and Remi.

"So what do you want to do now, (Y/N)?" Remi asked me.

"Oh, uh... I don't know, really, I wasn't planning on doing anything today." I replied.

I got a call from John, with his message being, "Hey, (Y/N)- come to the other side of the park." John said in a whisper.

"Didn't you-"

"Come here. Now." He insisted.

"Fine, fine." I said.

The hell does he want?

"Uh, sorry Remi, I gotta go. I'll be back, see you later."

"Wait! (Y-Y/N), hold on a minute, I- uh... I have to tell you something." She stuttered.

"What is it?" I asked.

"I-I like you!" She exclaimed with a red face.

Holy. Fucking. Shit.

"You- w-what?" I said.

"Y-y-you heard me." She said.

I walked over to her, and wrapped my arms around her.

"I like you too." I smiled.

"You do?" She said with a hint of joy in her voice.

"Yeah, I do."

"Do you want to actually meet at Clouds' Cooking this time?" She asked.

"I'd love to go with you, Remi." I embraced her tighter.

"Okay, I'll see you at five, then." She said.

"Yeah, I'll see you then." I said.

Now what the hell does John need?

"Oh, look who's here." John sighed.

"At least I am here." I said.

"Right." John said.

"So what did you want to talk to me about?" I asked.

"Your ability." He said.

"My water ability? What about it?" I asked.

"No, not that one." He said.

"What? The hell is this, some kind of prank?" I said.

"You- you don't know? I thought I asked him to tell you- and when I asked him why you didn't- DAMNIT, WILLIAM!" He yelled.

"John, what's going on!? Stop yelling, we're in public, you idiot!" I said.

"Yeah, yeah, sorry. I just can't believe he didn't.... he wouldn't tell you." He said.

"Tell me what's going on." I said in a deep voice.

"Do you want the good news first, or the news that will make you not be able to sleep?" He asked.

"Uh... the good news?"

"In this fucked up society, you are considered one of the strongest human on the planet." He said.

"Okay, so what's the bad news?"

"You have two abilities. The second one is called... Lava."
