Anne Boonchuy and Molly McGee are cousins. However, Anne hasn't spent much time with Molly because of how often she moves.

EDIT: ok so apparently Grandma Nin (Molly McGee's Grandma) lives in LA. You know who also lives in LA? ANNE AND HER FAMILY. So yeah, this got a lot more plausible.
