Hey upper East Siders, Gossip Girl here, ready to welcome back all of my favorite boys and girls from their summer adventures.  But we do have a juicy rumor that needs to be addressed.  Seems like we have a new face joining Constance Billard this fall.  But my intel is failing me.  Does anyone know who she is?  Full credit to one of my loyal subjects if I can get a name and a photo.  Come out, come out whoever you are.

The first day of school.

Its every kid's dream to avoid this day.  They want to retreat back into the summer days of fun.  But not Elizabeth.  She wants to go back to Boston. Back to her home, her friends, her grandfather.  That won't be happening so here she sits, the limo taking her from her penthouse apartment building to her new school, Constance Billard. She knew nothing of the school except it was the best prep school, guaranteeing her a spot in an Ivy school in a couple of years. She would be alone this junior year.

She left her school on top of her class... in everything.  Top of her class in school, top of her class in social status, on the debutant circle.  She wouldn't even get to debut in Manhattan.  Her mother's assistant failed to get the correct timing for her to get an exclusive spot of the most important debutant event in the city of New York.  Inside, Elizabeth was fine with it.  She just wanted to disappear and wallow.

She leaned her head on the window of the limo, watching all of the buildings go by until she felt the car slow to a stop. Her driver turned to her.  "We are here Miss Westfield." He went to open the door.

Elizabeth climbed out. "Thanks Roger. I'll see you after?"

"Of course, Miss." The man tipped his hat to her with a smile.  He could see the desolate attitude on her face.

"And you'll keep your phone on you, just in case?"

"Of course, Ellie."  Roger had been Elizabeth's driver since she was in kindergarten. He loved her like a daughter.

Elizabeth straightened her shoulders and headed into the school.  She was aware that it was a dual school, sharing the building with the St. Jude School for Boys, but the image of seeing the girls and boys mingling shocked her.  She was used to the all-girls feel, her school in Boston being just that.  She headed into the main office, avoid eye contact with anyone.

"May I help you dear?" An elderly woman at reception smiled at the lovely young woman.

"Yes, my name is Elizabeth Westfield.  I'm a new student.  I was told to come in and get my schedule and stuff."

"Ah yes," as the woman began to walk her through all the paperwork, the door to the office opened again.  In walked a blonde and brunette, observing the new girl in front of her.  The brunette studied her.  Dark blonde hair, about her height, an accent, a Prada backpack on the floor by her feet in what looked like Christian Louboutin heels.

"Serena, I think this is the girl Gossip Girl mentioned this morning." Blair Waldorf was delighted to have gotten to her first.  She snapped a picture quietly, not ready to send until she had a name.

"I think you have everything dear.  Oh, Miss Waldorf!"  The older lady calls over to Blair.

"Yes, Mrs. Stevens?"

"Would you be so kind and show Miss Westfield to her locker and her first class?"

"Of course, Mrs. Stevens."  Blair held the door open for Serena and this Miss Westfield.

"Thank you for your help, Mrs. Stevens," Elizabeth said.  She moved to go through the open door. She turned to Blair and Serena. "You don't have to help me, if you are busy."  Elizabeth looked down at the floor.
