"Attention players, I will now announce the results of the second game"

The massive screen began to decrease and the numbers of Won began to increase, everyone stared at the screen, the lights faded off as the golden piggy bank light remained as everyone's attention shifted to the pig.
"Out of the 187 players who participated, 79 players were eliminated."
Stacks of millions began to pile up on in the piggy bank, as it was now half way done.
"The prize money accumulated this round is 7.9 billion Won. The total prize money accumulated so far is now 34.8 billion won."
The lights switched back on, me and Sae-byeok stood at the floor, "that's a lot." I smiled, looking at Sae as she hummed.
"Just imagine all the places and things we can do with the hat money! Oh- why don't we go on holiday?" I asked, she looked at me, seeing my wide grin.
"How can you still smile?" She asked. I shrugged, "there's a little good in everything." I smiled. She raised a brow, "oh and what's good to be around here?" She asked.
"Attention. Your mealtime begins now. All players please form a line in the centre of the room."
I chuckled, "you." I said, before walking off to line up, leaving her there wide eyed.
I was in the middle and once I got at the front I looked a look at what it was, it was egg and sole fizzy water/soda.
I walked off and saw Sae lining up, I wen to her bed and sat down, bouncing a little. Soon Sae came over and sat down next to me, she sat rather close, but I didn't mind.
Suddenly some commotion was happening and there were.. 1.. 2.. 3.. 4..5! 5 meals missing.
"Excuse me." A woman spoke up, everyone's attention going to them. "It was them, they- skip the line and got seconds. I saw it." She pointed at 101's gang.
Everyone stared at them, "hey, what's the matter everybody? Jeez. You never see a guy eat before, is that it? Shit." 101 chuckled.
Suddenly the skinny one, wide nose, bangs and a small moustache following by big ears and revealing cheekbones showing how skinny he is; 271 walked up the them, and began shouting. Suddenly 271 tries grabbing his drink back from 101. Sae turned to me, making me shift my sight from them to her.
"Face the wall." She said. I raised a brow, "what why?" I asked.
"I don't want you to see anything dirty." She said. I sighed and did as she said, facing the opposite direction of the drama and faced the wall. I then felt warm hands covering my ears, I smiled, and picked off the extra skin on the egg I have yet to eat. I lifted it to my lips and took a large bite. Not eating for a while has brought me down, I heard muffled gasps, I wanted to turn around and see what's going on but I knew Sae would only just stop me, I grabbed my bottle and drank a bit.
Then muffled shoutings I then heard the woman's voice again only to be muffled and more money to be paid. The lights fading on to off. 'What on earth is happening?!' I thought to myself.
"Attention players, lights-out will be in 30 minutes."
I felt Sae'a soft hands fall as I turned towards Sae. "What happened?" I asked. She looked at me plainly.
"Nothing, don't worry." She said. I huffed.

I looked around, "we should stick together tonight." Sae said, "we should sleep in your bed, it's safer and higher from ground." Sae suggested as I nodded with a smile.
We moved to the stairs and sat down, "why the movement?" She asked.
I shrugged, "my butt is numb and I needed to have a different seat." I laughed. Sae nodded with a small smile tugged at her lips.
As I was talking to Sae, I didn't notice 101 kept glancing at me and Sae; mainly me for some odd reason.
"Hey pickpocket and honeycomb girl." Out of no where Gi-hun; 456 showed up. We both looked up at him, I'm guessing he called me Honeycomb girl for winning first.
"Are you two okay? It looked like you and that thug really had it out for each other." He said .
I looked at Sae, as she shared the same glance, I nodded, answering for Sae as we kept quite.
"Hey, tonight, if anything happens we'll all meet in my bed right there." He pointed at his bed, "are you in?" He asked.
I was about to agree but Sae beat me to it.
"I don't trust anyone." Sae said, blankly. I felt my heart crack as I shut my mouth and hung my head down, staring at the ground. I felt Gi-hun look at me. "And that's twice as true for anyone who'd end up in here. Got it?" She asked.
"You think that's how it works huh? You trust her and she's from here. Listen you don't trust people here because you can. You do it because you don't have anybody else. Or do you not like 457?" Gi-hun lastly spoke, and before walking away he softly patted my shoulder for comfort and walked off.
"Players, lights out in two minutes"
Me and Sae made our way to my bed as the woman announced again that 30 seconds were left. I entered my bed and I felt the warm presence of Sae, she held me protectively in her arms.

All the light went out.. even the piggy bank one.
A loud woman's scream rang through the main room, as everyone shot from their beds.
More screams of men and woman rang out through the room.
Suddenly the light began flickering hurting my eyes slightly.
"We gotta go!" Sad said grabbing my hand and dragged me down, suddenly bed frames started to fall down as we swiftly dodged all of them. I heard a grunt form Sae and turned around, seeing her being chocked by 101, she stabbed him but his grip remained, I ran up to them and used all my body weight to pushed 101 away, he helped as I screamed to Sae, "Run!" She did as I said and jacked it. Before I knew it I felt something slice my cheek and a punch going to my stomach. I fell back onto some broken metal bed frames. I then felt someone grab my collar, "your that bitched only friend. She's venerable towards you, hah! Just imagine how she'll look once I kill you." 101 shouted and threw me again the wall, I screamed and tried to get up, my aching muscles wanting to give in, but I wasn't going to give up.
I got up, I felt a gust of air briefly touch my neck. My eyes widened as I noticed 101 had a knife. "Shit." I cursed. I began to slither through the bed frames to get away, I heard his loud footsteps behind me.
I then felt someone grab my arm and thrust me to the wall, I opened my eyes after a grunt and once the flickered light shown who it was, I was fucked up- it was one of 101's henchmen.
I squirmed in his arms as I tried to free myself.
101 came in front of me and put the cold iron of the knife against my fatigue throat.
"Any last words bitch?" He asked. I sighed and patted, nodding, "go die you fucking wanker!" I shouted, and kicked him, he stumbled back and dropped the knife, but not without scraping a bit of my skin on my neck. I backed myself up causing the guy behind me to false walk back in rhythm and bang into the wall collapsing onto the ground. I ran forward and my face stung. I made it to the middle but I get something stab my shoulder as I fell to the ground. "You think you can get away that easily? Huh?" 101 grabbed my hair and lifted my head, I yelped as he pulled the knife out of my shoulder and lined it to my neck. I closed my eyes, accepting the fate of my death and hopes Sae was alright.
But... I felt the knife drift away as a man had saved me. I turned to see it was 199 holding a massive bar, he looked down at me and grabbed my arm, "Miss are you okay?" He asked. He then looked over my injuries and did a face, "your not okay, your friend is with us, helping us find you and the old man." He said and grabbed my hand, dragging me towards Gi-huns bed...
