Titans tower, before the Metropolis incident
(A/n: These are the titans in order;Red X (Y/n L/n), Red Robin (Tim Drake), Superboy (Conner Kent), Garfield Logan, Starfire (Koriand'r), Kid Flash (Bart Allen), Wonder Girl (Cassandra Sandsmark) and finally, Nightwing (Dick Grayson) who has kinda quit, leaving Tim in charge...

And back to the story)
In the tower, The Titans (with the acception of Nightwing) were sitting on the couch, watching TV. Y/n had his mask off, Tim was on a laptop, Gar was lounging as a cat and Starfire was floating when Superboy spoke up
Conner: Hey, you guys hungry? I know this place with the best meatball subs! Even better than anything New York's got!
Gar: Yeah right, dude! If it's so great I'll have to taste it for myself!
Y/n: Well, I could eat
Tim: Same here!
Starfire: Sounds great!
Cassandra: Sure
Bart: Yeah yeah, sounds like a plan... The question is...who's getting it?
The group remained silent, each glaring at the other
Gar: Hurry up!!! I'm starving! Just pick who'll get there fastest!
They then turned to Bart and Conner
Tim: It's fair, Conner offered and Bart is super fast
Bart: Do I have to?
Y/n: Last one there pays
With that, Gar transformed into a dog as Conner picked him up and began flying towards Metropolis with Bart speeding after them, eventually passing them. The remaining Titans simply went back to doing their own things until Starfire turned towards Tim and Y/n
Starfire: Any word from Dick?
Tim: So far? No
Y/n: Stop worrying, Princess, your Knight in shining spandex is doing fine. The worst thing that could happen to him would if he gets that mullet back
They all shared a laugh before the news came on, showing that a nuclear explosion had gone off in Metropolis. The teenage heroes looked in disbelief. Starfire rocketed out the window as fast as she could with the others following, Tim using a jetpack, Cassandra using her flight and Y/n riding his motorcycle. As the titans arrived at the ruins of Metropolis, they found Conner holding Gar's disfigured corpse, he told them that Bart was going too fast and got caught in the blast
