Si Chi spoke to Metel and said:" come on Metel I be safe and I need to feel the snow

Metel spoke and said:" this hunt will be on the highest cliffs and slippery

Si Chi spoke calmly:" I'll be fine Gran Gran and I will be back I promise

Metel grunted then said to Gran Gran:" make sure she be safe

Gran Gran dip her head and said:" will be back with enough food for everyone

Si Chi and Gran Gran started off Si Chi looked at her den Gran Gran smiled at her and said: she'll be alright young one

Si Chi sighed and said: I guess your right but what happens if their was a snow storm she could die

Gran Gran spoke her head and said:" I feel her power it's strong I can tell

Si Chi took a deep breath then said:" alright then I think we should split up it should work to get higher ground and it's kid season

Gran Gran grunted then ran while down the mountain

Si Chi started to climb out the mountain she heard the sheep baaing of  the lambs she looked down and saw her mother with a water deer she smiled and took a step and she felt the snow slick her paw she sighed and said: be careful now don't want to slip

Si chi felt the cold wind blowing here way she couldn't see Gran Gran but heard the sheep bleating away she groaned and lifted herself up the ledge and saw one mountain goat praying the snow looking for the grass

Shi chi smiled at this a slowly sneak towards the goat liking her lips as she was in a pouncing position she was about to jump until she heard heavy breathing she saw the goat lifted its head and sprinted away she then felt something slammed into her chest she gasped and began to roll down the ledge . She unsheathed her claws and try to get a grip as she slid nearly off the edge she roared

Gran Gran stop she looks up and saw Shi Chi hanging off the edge she gasped and roared :" Shi Chi hold on I'm coming as she was running towards Shi chi she saw a dark figure looming over her she snarled and began to go faster

Shi chi started lifting herself up until she saw his eyes golden with black fur he blinked at her and spoke in a raspy dark voice he spoke:" I had to be done * grab holds of shi chi face* good bye Fallon Grace * push's her off the ledge

Gran Gran stop and watching in horror as she saw Shi Chi body falling and hit a rock and landed in the frozen ground . Gran Gran felt tears coming down her face she looks back up seeing the figure looking down at her then she saw more looking down at Shi Chi body but she wouldn't forget the black cats eyes golden as fire she saw snow blowing making a blizzard as it did the figure left

Gran Gran looks back at Shi Chi body not moving she ran down to her body she nuzzled her cub and said:" I'm so sorry Shi Chi I'm sorry

Metel yelled out: Shi Chi, Gran Gran what going on...

Gran Gran looks behind her Metel and three other snow leopards followed him he stop staring at Shi Chi body he yelled Shi Chi * runs towards her *

Metel spoke with pain:" Shi Chi please don't leave me * nuzzling her* please don't

Gran Gran was about to put a paw his shoulder but was pinned down by Metel as he put a paw on her neck tears on his face he snarled:" don't u dare touch me or my... mate

Gran Gran grunted and choked then felt Metel claws inside her throat he retracted them then got off her

Gran Gran coughed and said:" I didn't do anything wrong

Metel frowned at her then said:" I don't care anymore u will be punished dearly for this

Gran Gran grunted then saw the snow leopards lifting up Shi Chi body she watched Metel turn around and followed them he glanced back at her then followed the snow leopards back Gran Gran sighed then and followed the

Mountain leap

Gran Gran saw everyone looking at Shi Chi body lifeless and cold she saw Metel nuzzled her body he then looks back at Gran Gran then said:" My leap come

Gran Gran saw everyone come out of there home she saw Shi Chi friend seeing the body she looks down in shock as the rest

Metel spoke with pain:" My Leap ur queen is dead Shi Chi is gone forever

Everyone blinked in shock at the body of Shi Chi

Metel spoke:" She was ur ruler, your Queen, My Mate and the mother of my only cub

Gran Gran watch as Metel looks up and spoke with a hiss:" Gran Gran come up now

Gran Gran saw everyone else looking at her she walk to Metel everyone moved to the side and stared in shock

Metel spoke with anger:" Gran Gran you were at her place of death tell me what happened

Gran Gran spoke Shi chi was going up nearby a ledge I was saw a goat and then I heard a roar I looked back saw her hanging on a ledge and I ran towards her then a black figure with golden eyes he grabs and thrown her off

Everyone in the leap muttered to each other but Metel spoke loudly:" QUITE! * looks at Gran Gran * why should we believe u

Gran Gran spoke * I maybe have poor site but I know what I saw

Metel spoke:" so do I what does everyone have to say

Gran Gran heard one spoke killing , banish her but one yelled:" stop Metel

Everyone looked and saw Shi Chi friend who looks at Metel

Metel hissed:" what do you what Mai lien

Mai lien spoke:" I have a punishment for her

Gran Gran looks shocked but then she saw Metel and the other intrigue Mai lien said:" Her punishment is the losing of ur cub mother she need to take care of it

Gran Gran looks shocked so did everyone but Metel

Metel spoke calmly:" the death of my mate is by taking watch of my cub

Mai lien spoke:" I even raise the cub as mine Metel please

Metel snarled then said:" alright then * looks at Gran Gran * if you run away from this leap you will be punished for this mark my words of it

Gran Gran looks at Metel with a angry look but dip her head and said:" agreed

At the Burial of Shi Chi everyone had their dip their heads to Metel given their sorrow for them Gran Gran watching from afar she heard the snow crunch she looks and saw Mai Lien walking towards her

Mai lien didn't look at her but said:"  Shi Chi was my cub friend she listened to ur stories more then us she truly trusted you Gran Gran and I know you wouldn't kill her

Gran Gran spoke silently:" then why not tell it to Metel

Mai lien spoke silently:" Metel is our ruler if we go against him it's tainted in my family name and I be punished for speaking against him and you should know that

Gran Gran looks at her in silence then saw Mai Lien looks at her then said:" you may have been a outsider but everyone knows you more of your wisdom and you need to teach Chuluun that way as well.
Mai Lien walks away from Gran Gran then dip her head down to Shi Chi body then left

Metel went to his mates body and sit down next to her staying their till morning

Gran Gran looks away she looks at the hill and saw the three figures watching two turned away the one watch his golden eyes scanned then sneakily turn around and walk away. Gran Gran looks away from the hill and sighed and went towards her den she went inside she saw something a crane feather she remembered Shi Chi crane feather on her neck she blinked at it then sighed and lay down to sleep feeling the sadness take in and close her eyes
