◇Chapter 29◇

Mark's pov:

"Plan failing already? And so soon too" I hear Solar ask with the slight teasing in her voice

Currently, I'm watching aera laughing with Dino. Ugh...this soulmate bond is ruining the plan.

"Would you be quiet," I growl, leaving mamamoo

I quickly make my way to the locker rooms. Once inside, I make a quick call to yugyeom.

"What is it? Can't you see that I'm planning," yugyeom huff with his hands on his hips

If his trying to make a point, it's not working. Considering that I could see his doll collection behind him.

"Well, I'm sorry for disturbing your time playing with the dolls. We got an issue here," I said, rolling my eyes

"What issue? It can't be that bad to the point, you had to call me," he said, turning away and rearranging his dolls

"It is. Have you forgotten about soulmates!?!" I exclaim, angrily

"That's just a minor factor. I send sana on an errand to get a love potion. All you need to do is drop tiny bit of the liquid onto her food or drink. She'll then fall in love you but you must make sure she looks into your eyes," yugyeom said

"You think that would work. If she really had already fall in love with Dino, that's it. That stupid potion of yours would be defective," I said, glaring

Love potions would render useless if the person who consume it was already in love.  There's always a downside with love potions.

"They just met today. It'll take time before they get close so do the work. And don't even think about messing it up again," with that he ended the call

Ugh!!! I can't believe that he's the leader. Now, I know why mum favoured jinyoung so much but sadly, our dear brother had to die. Of course for the success of the shadow knights. Dad always favoured yugyeom and that leaves the rest of us with nothing. Which is why when jinyoung got older, dad banish mum and him to what is now known as the bangtan kingdom.

"Here's the potion," I hear sana behind me

I took it from her hands and march straight out.

"Talk about rude," I heard her say as I walk out

Aera's pov:

We were walking out of school. I was walking beside Dino. Since lunchtime, Dino and I stick to each other sides. We kept talking the whole day which made kookie pout most of the time.

"Cheer up, kookie. Dino is going home and you can talk with aera all you want," jimin teased

"Hush it," kookie growled

"I think your brother is jealous," Dino whisper

"I think so too. Want to make it worse?" I suggest

I could see Dino's eyes sparkle pink as he nodded his head. He's adorable.

"Aww, Dino. That's so nice of you," I said, loudly

Both of us noticed that kookie paused in his steps. Clearly listening to our conversation. This should be fun.

"Its no issue. You're just so pretty," Dino said, equally loud

"Alright enough. Come here, aera," kookie grumpled, marching straight for us

The next thing I know, kookie lifted me up and head straight for jimin. I could hear Dino laughed and wished me good luck before leaving.

"Kookie, we were just playing," I giggle

"Very funny, aera. You're staying away from him," kookie huff

"Is jungkook jealous~" tae teased

"I'm not," kookie huff as he gently place me down

"Yeah sure,"joonie laughs

"Don't worry, kookie. No one will replace you. Dino and I was just messing with you," I giggle, looking at kookie's shock face

"Nice one, sis," jimin cheered, high five me

Kookie was about to scold me but was interrupted by jin. Thank god for him. I'm not ready for a lecture.

"Alright enough. As much as that was entertaining, get in. We got work to do," jin said

"Is it training?" I ask, seating in the front with jin

"Yes and no. Training will be done after dinner but we need to tell you about soulmates. It might affect your true love just to let you know," jin said

"I get it but we may never know that it won't," I said

"That is true," jin said, in thought

"Soulmates are the best thing that happens in our world, aera. Once a year, mum would hold a festival to commemorate love and bond. We would always dress you up in this blue dress and with a blue flower crown. You were the cutest by the way but anyway, everyone in the kingdom would gather in the ballroom to celebrate," hobi explain

"That sound so cool. Can we do that?" I ask jin

"Maybe once the shadow knights is defeated first," jin laughed

"Oh right...forgot about that issue," I laughed nervously

"No worries, sis. Sometimes I forget about the shadow knights too," kookie laugh

That's assuring I guess. I wonder what it would be like if things were a little different.

"Here, we are. Why don't you guys get change and meet us at the office," jin said, parking the car

"Yeah sure," with that all of us heard to our own rooms

"Hey jimin, can I ask? If mum celebrate soulmates, how come I don't see you guys with one?" I questioned

"Well, some of us aren't that lucky. Like hobi who used to date. Only kookie, namjoon hyung and suga hyung has a soulmate," jimin explain

"That's so sad. Don't you guys want someone to love and care for?" I ask him

"Well, who wouldn't but we're satisfied for now with you. Maybe one day in the future, we'll have someone to date. Now, enough of that. Go get ready and try not to be late. Suga hyung hates it," jimin laugh, entering his room

I nodded my head and enter my room. It's sad to know that a few of my brothers doesn't have a confirmed soulmate. Once all of this is over, I should do a blind date for them. I wonder who'll be interested...

Sorry for the long wait. I've been incredibly busy for the past couple of days. I also can't believe that the year is almost coming to an end. These past few days has been going quite fast.

Anyway, has anyone have any clue who might Aera's true love is? Not much clue in this chapter but the next, there might. Who knows? Read on to find out.
