"Lily, really, I don't need this."

Jungkook said sincerely. But the person whom these words were directed to didn't seem to care. She completely ignored him and looked at the sales associate of the store they were currently in.

"So what colors did this model come in again?"Lily asked.

The sales associate smiled brightly at her, happy at the possible new sale,"Ma'am this model comes with a variety of colors. There's chic black, perfect white, wine red, stylish grey.."

Jungkook sighed as she kept listing the colors. He tried to nudge Lily's sleeve to make her stop and go home but she wouldn't budge. Jungkook shook his head and looked around the big store they were in. Filled with televisions, led screens flashing bright vibrant colors, sales associates smiling at the customers trying to interest them in their newest release, mild music playing in speakers. Most of the customers in the store were happily picking out their new wonder toy. Smartphone.

Lily is also here to get a smartphone. But this time not for herself, it's for Jungkook. She had decided that she would get him a phone right when she came home with a television and couldn't find him anywhere. She says she had no way of contacting him. Jungkook keeps on saying if she needs him, she should just call his name, that's how a bond with a devil works. She doesn't need to waste money on stuff like this when they can buy so many snacks with that. But was there once a time when Lily listened to him? No.

"Let's go with the blood red one,"Lily said as she smirked while holding the red smartphone on her hand and she looked at Jungkook,"You like this one, right?"

"Wine red, Ma'am,"The sales associate corrected her politely while smiling before Jungkook could say anything.

This time Lily smirked at her,"This shade looks more like blood than wine, sweetheart. Trust me, I'm a master at this."

Jungkook could tell the sales associate was creeped out by Lily's sudden behavior and smirk. Anyone would be. Jungkook smiled at the sales associate,"Please excuse us for a moment."

Jungkook then pulled Lily away by holding her sleeve. Once they were in a good enough distance from the associate and he was sure the associate couldn't hear them, he whispered,"Why are you suddenly trying to scare here? Stop."

Lily shrugged,"I just corrected her."

"Well, not everyone needs to know you are a master crimson color analyst, do they?"

Lily smirked being amused,"Anyway, you like the blood colored phone, right? I like it a lot."

"Lily, I really don't need a phone. I told you.."

Lily completely disregarded him,"The black one is good too, but it's too simple. You're special so you deserve a special one."

Jungkook sighed and grabbed her shoulders making her looking straight into his eyes,"Lily I don't need any gang device to appear in front of you when you need me. All you need to do is call my name."

Lily stayed quiet for a few seconds. Jungkook thought he got through to her. But the next thing she said caught him completely off guard.

"What about when you need me? I can't just appear when you call me, Jungkook."

The way she said it, made his heart skip a beat. He was at the loss of words,"Umm.."

She slowly pushed his hands off her shoulder,"So the blood one it is!"

With that she ran to the sales associate before Jungkook could do anything,"We will take the red one please!"

All Jungkook could do was look at Lily excitedly waiting for the phone being packed up while his heart was feeling all sorts of weird emotions. He doesn't know why he was feeling like this over a human's ambitious words. Why would he, a devil would ever need a human so badly that he would have to call her?
