Chapter 24 - Regionals

Finns pov :
Its been a month since football has been over and now the glee club is getting ready to go to regionals and hopefully nationals. 
Rachel has her audition for NYADA and NYU coming up next month so shes been preparing for that . Today is regionals and we're all so nervous.  Anyway we were all in the room waiting for it to be our turn when Rachel looks at me and says , "I can't do this . " she told me . "What do you mean you can't do this ? " I asked.  "I mean I'm going to screw up and we're going to lose if I do this . " She said. She started to panic   "Rachel look at me . " I said. She looked at me and I held her face . "You are a amazing singer , you are litterally in cable of messing this up.  " I said. "But what if I do mess up Finn this is all I have now that I don't have football.  " She said.  "Listen to me Rachel Berry . Sometimes you've got to be your own quarterback , you've got to be positive.  What would Fanny Brice do ?" I asked. "She wouldn't doubt her voice , she would go out there and put on an amazing show . "  She told me . "Then go be Fanny , and if you get nervous just look at me because I will be here right beside you holding your hand singing with you. " I said. She smiled and kissed me . "Okay everyone time to huddle up . " Mr.Shue said . We all huddled up,  "Okay guys so this is it , this is are ticket to nationals. On the count of three new directions. "  He said . We all put our hands in , "1....2...3... NEW DIRECTIONS! "we all yelled . 5 minutes later Rachel and I were behind closed doors waiting for the music to start . The music started and the doors opened :

Rachels pov :
We got and standing ovation.  Everyone clapped and cheered as we made our way off the stage . After all the waiting the judges finally made a decision we werewere all on stage the judges then came out and said , "In 3rd place the flying peacocks!" They all cheered and ran off the stage and it just came down to Vocal Adrenaline and us . "And in first , from Lima Ohio the New Directions! " We all jumped up and down and screamed with joy.  We got our trophy and then Finn came over and said , "I knew we could do it ! "  He  yelled happily and then I kissed him passionatly  . "Marry me ? " he asked .
