In most Anakin x Reader stories, where the OC is a Jedi, both characters appear to have a connection to each other, and can remember each other after a decade. There isn't that much else to say, except it is pretty much "overused", and is apparently made of the same magical properties (lust) that kept Anakin thinking of Padme for a decade.
