Adjusting the jacket of Ethan's suit, I helped him and Mark prepare for a very important day ahead. They had to film one last scene for their new project launching tomorrow morning. Ethan looked into my eyes and smiled. I could tell he and Mark were both excited for this next chapter of their lives. And I, personally, was glad to be able to help them alongside, but in the background.

"How do I look?" Ethan asked sincerely. He looked to me with concern.

"Dashing as ever! Suits look great on you." I told him. The corners of his mouth curved into a smile as his cheeks flushed. He rested his hands on my shoulders before lowering his voice to speak to me.

"This won't be the only time you see me in a suit like this." He said slyly with a wink. My heart fluttered, beating hard like a drum.

"What's that supposed to mean?!" I asked taken aback. He chuckled to himself, walking away and over to Mark. I, standing in shock, grinned cheekily. That boy...

"Y/N! We need you over at mics!" One of the newly hired tech guys called for me. I hurried over and began organizing all that he needed from me whilst watching Mark and Ethan run over lines in front of a green screen. Mark had on a white suit while Ethan wore black. They both contrasted each other really well. They laughed with each other. This project would be great for them to truly understand how they work together as a team. It was wonderful to see two people I loved get along so well. I'm so proud of their work thus far.

"Memento mori, Unus Annus." Mark spoke one last time. That was it, the beginning of a new era for those two. Their eyes were filled with passion and desire. They were truly motivated to make this project the best that it could be. It would take a lot of dedication and restless nights, but as a family and a team, everyone is ready to make it possible.

A few extra shots later, the recording was finally finished for the launch of the project. Celebratory drinks were opened, everyone except Mark and I took a swig of some alcoholic drinks. I congratulated him. He shook his head abruptly.

"This is only the beginning, Y/N, we have a full year to get through still." He said with a stressed sigh.

"I know, but, I believe it will be a fun experience for the both of you." I reassured him. He smiled with his whole face, his eyes closing while his teeth were revealed. I could sense the stress seep from his skin. The best thing I can do for him is be there to support as best as I can.

Mika and I had been meeting with each other ever since the day we received that phone call. Sitting on the wooden floor of Xena's living room, we had different exerts and post-it-notes sprawled out on the floor. We sat in thought, casually eating Chinese food to keep our brains going. Mika has been picking Xena's journal apart piece-by-piece looking for some sign of when and how the start of Adrian's torment truly began. That was until a knock on the door threw us off our guard.

"Who could that be?" Mika asked me. I shook my head replying, "I don't know,"

"Should we answer it?" Mika asked before another sequence of rushed knocks pounded against the wooden door once again. We stood up slowly, heading towards the door that had beautiful stained glass artwork in it. A figure that we couldn't make out stood on the other side. I hesitantly unlocked the door and swung it open to reveal a person who's hair was a deep ocean blue with hues and highlights of a sea green. It was long, they bangs that laid gently in front of her light blue eyes, to which she revealed with a swift movement
