-Celia-

Ever since the incident involving Celia and the two blood supremacists, all of her friends had become a tad more protective. The Hufflepuff, nor the rest of the girls, had been informed what went down exactly in the courtyard that day but Celia certainly hadn't missed the split knuckles the sandy-haired Gryffindor was sporting that evening at dinner.

She had also noticed a newfound sort of respect from Tommy and Regulus towards the said boy. All of which confused and interested her, nonetheless she didn't question it, assuming that if they wanted her to know what happened, they would tell her.

Tommy, Regulus, and Kirstin's precautionary behavior was easily spotted when they walked her towards the end seats of the Hufflepuff table instead of their usual spot at Slytherin claiming the "view" was better.

Celia was peacefully enjoying her waffles and raspberries while somewhat tuning out her three friends' bickering when something Kirstin said got her attention.

"Come on! Sirius Black is without a doubt, one hundred and ten percent, gay!"

Tommy rolled his eyes, "Oh please, the git is a manwhore, there is no way. Reg back me up here."

Regulus shrugged, "I wouldn't be surprised."

"Lia?" Tommy asked, pulling her into the conversation.

"Sexuality is a social construct, why does anyone have to be anything," Celia said before she popped another raspberry in her mouth.

"You are absolutely correct. Merlin, your mind is beautiful," Regulus replied as he wrapped his arms around her and pulled the girl into him to place a dramatic kiss on her hairline causing the Hufflepuff to beam with joy.

Tommy smiled at his friend's words, "I agree but I really don't think Sirius Black likes-"

"I knew my ears were burning, swooning over me are we Andet?"

The group looked up to see the marauders standing next to the edge of the table causing Celia to smile brightly and wave at the four Gryffindors. Sirius was looking at the now angry Slytherin boy with a sly grin. James and Peter just smiled back at Celia while Remus looked tense and wouldn't meet her eyes.

Tommy scoffed, "Definitely not."

"Then go on, finish that sentence," Sirius teased.

"I'm not going to be late because Padfoot feels like flirting," Remus grumbled, "I'll see you all in class." With that Remus turned and walked away.

Celia shot James a confused look in which the boy gave a small smile.

"I was not flirting Moon- and he's already gone... okay let's go catch up, till next time snakes," Sirius said with a salute.

"Hopefully not for a while," Kirstin mumbled under her breath.

Celia stood up and slung her bag over her shoulder, "Goodbye, I'll see you all later!"

With that, the Hufflepuff and three Gryffidnors made their way to charms.

"Is Remus okay? Why did he just storm off like that?" Celia asked as they made their way down the stairs.

"He's not feeling too well today and he gets grumpy when he's sick, don't worry about it," James replied calmly.

"Oh, he's sick! Why doesn't he go to the hospital wing?"
