When we got home mom started to make me my birthday dinner fried chicken red beans and rice
Everything was going well I was happy and i new that this was never going to last that's probably won't be happy ever again after this night I know what was coming you could say I could see what was coming and it wasn't good
But I let it be I was going to make the best out of this day it's my day my And I guess I have a sister a twin well happy birthday to you to sis hopefully I get see who you are soon.
That night when mom was making her normal good night rounds I stopped her.
"Good night hope" mom said as she gave me a kiss on the head.
"Tomorrow your going somewhere "she trailed on "and im not sure if I'll ever see you again" she added at the end.
"I know mom I know I was adopted I know I'm not your really day but I'm glad you took me in and tough me everything I know" I said back.
"Here " mom said
"It's a ring every one in the family has one I got this one for you for your birthday"she added.
"Thank you mama I know by the way that there coming to take me away and that I might not see you for a long time " I said back
"Yes I'm sorry I can't protect you from them they hold to much power against me but I promise you this I'll always have room for you here for you and your twin sister if ever you get free or is able to run away" she said back
"Should I go with them tomorrow" I said back "or should I run" I asked after.
"That's up to you" she said again "but know this they might not be so nice to you sister if you run she's been throw a lot I should know I use to work for that place but after I was given you I ran with your father and sister and never looked back but they found us they always find us no mater where we go " mama said
"I don't think they would hurt her because you don't know about her yet that they know off maybe you could get away maybe" Mom said more to her self this time.
I had a whole plan set out in front of me I thought to my self I'll go for it I thought just me .
"Good night mama I love you no matter what" I said as she left the room.
"Good night hope sleep well your going to need all the rest you can get" she thought in her head
