As I looked up I saw how the sky looked so peaceful. Right then I remembered how I promised Shikamaru that I was going to go cloud watching with him. "OH OMG! SORRY NARUTO I GOTTA BOLT! IM GONNA BE LATE AS HOW LONG IT TAKES YOU TO NOTICE THAT HINATA LIKES YOU!" I exclaimed quickly at him. "Huh what did you say?" Naruto asked dumbfounded. "Huh? I didn't say anything..." I say kinda panicked before running off to find Shikamaru.

As I am running up the hill where Shika and I were going to meet up. I saw him sitting against the trunk of a beautiful tree with pea green leaves shining bright in the sunlight. "Shika- (pant) Shikamaru. I'm (pant) sorry (pant) I got here (pant) as fast as I (pant) could!" I apologized towards the pineapple. "Troublesome Woman" Shikamaru mumbles under his breath. "Hey! I said I was sorry! I just lost time because, I was talking with Naruto." I responded back. "Why do you hangout with him anyways?" He asked me. "Cause I feel like it; and because he looks so lonely I just had to." I told him. "Ok whatever helps you sleep at night I guess." As he was saying that last bit I was walking over to him. "You look so peaceful like that you know right?" I asked Mr.Pineapple. "I guess you can say that." He responded. I sat down next to him and turned my attention to the fluffy Snow White clouds. I could practically feel Shika's gaze on me. So I decided right then and there to tease him a little. 'Because why not? It won't hurt anybody, would it?' The next few moments were filled with a comfortable silence before I a begun to break it. "Hey Shika..." I teased while looking at him (his eyes were on the clouds). When he turned to me his usually narrow brown eyes went wide as they stared in my (e/c) eyes. "Y-Yes Y/n?" 'YES! HE STUTTERED ITS WORKING! HAHAHA😈' Our faces were inches apart at this point. None of us even moving a muscle. "Boo"
"Really Y/n? Really? What was the purpose of doing that?" He said sarcastically as he turned away. "Hehe, yes it really was necessary!" I replied back kinda happily. Shika sighed. "Troublesome Woman..." "Huh? Did you say something Shikamaru?" I asked. His eyes barely widen before going back to normal with a small blush. "N-No nothings wrong." "Oh ok- WAIT did I just hear you stutter!" I shouted in excitement. "Hmm? Nah." He responded turning his head away from my e/c eyes to hide his embarrassment. "Ah ok I guess I was just hearing things..." I said as I turned my head back to the clouds. Just when I got a good view of the sky I noticed that the sky was cloudless, and had a nice pretty sunset. Admiring the endless sunset I started to find myself a little sleepy. My eyes started to close, as my head drifted to Shikamaru's shoulder.
'Y/n looks so beautiful with this romantic sunset glowing on her face bringing out her perfect face structure. Her almond shaped eyes, also her short/medium/long h/c hair. Somehow I never noticed how majestic she looked before. I looked back to admire the sunset yet again, but then I feel a weight on my shoulder. I look down to see.......

As I opened my eyes I instantly got blinded by the sunshine hitting my face. "****! I wanted to sleep some more! **** you sunshine I hope you ******* explode for waking me up!" I exclaimed as my anger rose to a point where I felt like Sasuke dumb hatred towards Itachi. "Ugh I guess I have to get up." I swung my legs over the side of the bed to go head over to my bathroom to start my hygiene routine. After I finished my hygiene routine as I got on my ninja gear which consisted of a black crop-top,black booty shorts that a little longer,and ninja sandals. 𝒀𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒄𝒂𝒏 𝒏𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓 𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒇𝒊𝒔𝒉 𝒏𝒆𝒕 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒋𝒂 𝒔𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒂𝒍𝒔! With fishnets on my stomach and fishnet gloves. The lead shinobi head band on my forehead with a little touch of bandages on my right (or left if you are left handed) thigh. The classic kunai and shirkin 𝑰 𝒅𝒐𝒏'𝒕 𝒌𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒕𝒐 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒍𝒍 𝒊𝒕 and my ninja sandals. I headed into the kitchen to make me some DELICIOUS breakfast with BOBA🧋! As soon as I got to the stove to start making some pancakes I turn my head to see Naruto in my dang living room. "Umm... Naruto what are you doing in my house?" "Oh I Keke-Chan your awake I was just waiting for you!" He responded smiling. "Oh ok? Have you eaten breakfast yet? If you haven't then I you could have breakfast with me." I suggest. "No thank you! I already had ramen 🍜." The blonde haired boy responds. I go dumbfounded. "NARU! YOU IDIOT YOU CANT EAT RAMEN ALL THE TIME! YOU WILL GET SICK!" I yell at him. "Eek! Sorry Keke-Chan I will eat some breakfast with you I guess." He sus as he walks over to me. "Alright sit down, so I can start. Also don't be so loud because I can't handle that in the morning..." "Ok Keke-Chan!" Naruto responded excitedly.
OK cliffhanger! I apologize for taking SO long on this. I just totally didn't forget about this book for a little! Some Shikamru fluff for you Shika lovers!
