"I'm sorry Ash" Ash just sat on the floor crying out, but soon his sadness was mixed with anger

A few minutes of crying later Ash sits down and drinks a glass of water to calm down for a moment

"Prof. Oak" Ash said gathers the professor's attention "I'll be there in a few hours..."

Arrives at Kanto

Ash walks out with his hands on his pockets, Pikachu in his shoulder with a concerned face, Ash still keeping a blank face, inside he was very sad, feeling a bit shaky

"Finally, welcome back....Ash"

"Hm?" Ash looks up, and sees Gary waiting there with his arms crossed leaning against his car

"C'mon then let's go" Gary finally gets in the driver's seat with Ash going in the passenger seat

'Ash hasn't been saying anything' Gary thought 'losing someone that important must really hit hard' he looks at Ash, he could feel that he was sad

"So...after the burial-" Gary tries to start up a conversation

"I'm gonna find this person who killed my mother....and kill him" Ash said

Gary just looked at him with a little shock and decided to remain quiet

Few minutes later, they finally arrived at the funeral home, Ash walks out the car, but starting to feel scared trying not accept what has happened

"You alright?" Gary puts a hand on his shoulder

Ash nods at him, they both start to walk to the room, he makes a stop at the door, he takes a deep breath and opens the door and walks in slowly

"Ahh Ash I'm sorry for your lost-" Professor Oak said who was approaching him

Ash just runs to the coffin where her mother was laying in, with full of shock it was actually true, he begins to cry, starting to feel uneasy

"No......NO MOM WHY" Ash looks down seeing her face asleep "Mom, don't go....." He just sheds out tears until Professor Oak and Gary hug him from behind

"I'm sorry Ash" Gary cries too with oak

"NO!!!!...mom...SHE DIDN'T DESERVE THIS"

Alrighty first off, where have I been at, gone for like three months, I am very sorry, I just went blank after the update, and at a certain point I almost lost interest in continuing, idk too I just got addicted to discord, but after second thoughts I began to miss writing this story, I felt like I wasn't done yet, so I am sorry for the long wait, this is just a small update, I need to gather my information again and continue what I started

And also thank you everyone for making this story reach 4.68k reads, wow I wasn't expecting that, thank you everyone, I probably won't update that much I still have other things to attend to but it is good to make another update
