Chapter 9: The Quidditch Game

I woke up and had the most satisfying sleep ever since I was a toddler I then heard Dean, Seamus, and Neville talking waiting for someone to finish the restroom I got out of bed and leaped towards the ground

"That's weird why did I leap, and why am I on all fours

I then realized I was still in my animagus form, but the room soon turned silent I turned to look towards Dean, Seamus, and Neville who had horrified faces looking at me

I tried to calm them down by trying to say it's me (y/n) but it came out as a roar that made them piss themselves as they ran down to get away from me

I hurried and block them, as I turn back to my human self

"Guys don't worry, it's me I'm so sorry if scared you"

I then realized that Neville was in the verge of crying while the others were still shocked

As way to show that the beast is not a threat to them I turned back into the panther and walked over to Neville, as he stayed still in fear of getting hurt

I then proceeded to rub my head in his chest to calm him down while purring as a sign of peace between us he then hugged my neck as he giggled in delight

"Blimey (y/n) you gave us a scare" as he let go and I change back to my human self

"Sorry, I slept in my animaugus form and didn't realize to change back"

"Well that was certainly a way to start the morning let's get on going to the restroom and then to the great hall" seamus said

Its been weeks since my friends had found out I was an animagus and during those weeks harry had been practicing non stop for the Quidditch game today as Hermoine helped him with his work, she recently stopped being so uptop of the rules after we saved her from the troll in the dungeon and helped ron and harry with their work, she would never let them copy as she would say "how would learn anything"

As we were in the great hall eating before going to the Quidditch game that Harry was playing at, as we were trying to convince him to eat until Snape arrived

"Good luck today Mr.Potter, then again now that you've proven yourself against a troll a little game of Quidditch should be easy work even if its against Slytherin"

He said to Harry before walking away as I noticed he was limping

"It explains the blood" harry exclaimed
"Blood, what blood"
"Listen last night I'm guessing snape released the troll last night as a diversion so he could try and get past the three headed dog but he got bitten which explains why hes limping"

"Why would anyone go near that dog"

"Depends if the beast is tamed and it only attacked when it feels threatened like when you all screamed at it" I responded with a smirk

"Anyways, I was at Gringotts and hagrid took something out of the vaults and said it was Hogwarts business very secret"

"So your saying-"

"That's what the dogs gaurding, what snape wants"

We then heard a screech and turn to see an owl carrying a broom shaped package as it dropped it in front of Harry

"A bit early for mail isn't it?"

"I never get mail I wonder who's it from"

"Let's open it"

As the trio began to open it to reveal a broomstick

"A broomstick, not just any broomstick a nimbus 2000" ron said with a smile on his face as the whole table gawked at Harry's Nimbus 2000
