It's been an hour since Dev left this room. I am still at my place, sitting. I don't know but since Dev left, my heart is beating at full pace.
My mind is also not calm. I just want to see Dev right now. But I don't know the way towards the basement and I can't leave Janu alone. She is sleeping. And today's incident might be in her mind. I can't leave her.
Knock knock..
"Please come in." I said as the knock disturb my thoughts.
THE door opened and in came Rose, following Alex.
"Hey." she said and looked at sleeping Janu.
"She is sleeping." I told her.
"I actually came to meet her. Alex said he is still worried about her." Rose said in a hushed tone.
That's when the idea came to mind.
"Rose. I need a favour from you."
"favour?" she asked in confusion.
"YES. Can you stay here with Janu till I come? Please?" I said in a pleading tone. I don't know why I'm this desperate.
"yes. But why did you said favour'?" she asked.
"I want to go and see Dev." I blurt out.
Her expression changed from confusion to horror.
"NO!" she exclaimed.
"Please, I want to. Please"
"No dear, you don't Liam don't like it when anyone enters in between these fights. And today he himself is fighting. No you can't." Rose said.
"I can't stay here ROSE!" I exclaimed loudly.
"I need to go. My heart and mind is not calm since Dev left. I have to see him now!" I added and went into the wardrobe to take my hoodie.
I wore it and came out.
"Please stay here, I will come soon." saying I left to look for a basement.
As I left the bedroom I found one maid going downstairs.
"Stop." I yelled and ran near her.
"yes ma'am, do you need anything?" she asked me.
"Can you tell me the way to the basement please..."
"no ma'am, sir forbid us to tell. I'm sorry." she said in a sad tone.
"Please show me, I beg you. It's necessary."
"B-but ma'am...."
"just for once..."
"okay." she said and showed me the way. We stopped in front of a huge metal door.
