Chaewon's POV

Two weeks later

" Eomma, I'm going to" I rushed downstairs only to face Mr. Annoying was standing near the last step while folding his arms like a giant

" Why? Move, you're blocking my way " I said and tried to push him away but as always, I failed

" Where are you going? What about breakfast ? " he asked making me look at him frowning

" Mr. Hwang, what's wrong with you? I'm gonna eat now huh " he was about to say something again but I slid away from his side

" Eomma what did you eat when that idiot was still inside your belly? " I asked as I sat at the table for breakfast

" Here " she gave me some pancakes without even answering me

With that In-yeop aka my so-called brother came and took his seat in front of mine

" So ? " he asked but I didn't know what was he talking about

" So what? Can you tell me what you wanna know straight? " I asked as he shoved the spoon into his mouth without breaking the eye contact with me

" I asked about you and Heeun's brother "

" Ahh Heeseung. We're al- wait what? how do you? I- " Doomed. I didn't tell them yet how did he know?

" I'm your brother just don't forget that," he said but to be honest I forgot to breathe. I didn't even know what would be their reaction after getting to know that I'm dating him

" You could have to tell it earlier Chae why didn't you tell us ? " once Eomma asked that, what can I say? I was speechless

" I- Ahh I was planning to tell it but o- " As always why can't he let me finish what I'm gonna say?

" Oppa already know that yes. We're okay with it as long as you're okay with that but- " he paused and looked at me making me even more confused

" But ? "

" Are you sure? "

" Huh ? sure about what? " I couldn't understand what was he talking about but I could see the seriousness written on his face all along with Eomma

" Look Chaewon, this is your first time dating someone and we all know about Heeseung and h- So that's why we wanna assure that he won't hurt you cause you aren't someone who deserves any hurt," he said, and looked at Eomma who was already looking at me for an answer

" I- I don't know why you're telling me these even though I'm not a kid anymore but trust me. He won't hurt me. I trust him and you can trust me right? So nothing bad will happen Eomma don't worry and y'all are overthinking so much "

But for some reason I felt heavy after their words

That's all I could say. What else? I felt like something was going through their minds but I couldn't even guess

" Okay, then I'm gonna go now. See you later " With that I left them behind since I was full already

Heeseung's POV

After that day, I didn't see Yerim or her dad since I didn't go to face my mom or dad either. I was pissed and also I couldn't even face Chaewon even though she didn't know any of this stuff

" Heeseung hyung are you there ? " after a while I could hear someone knocking on my door

" Come in. It's not locked " I shouted as I sat up on the bed

" I thought you were asleep " When I looked in that direction , I saw Sunghoon peeking into my room as he smiled exposing his dimples

" Yes, come. What brings you here ? " he doesn't come here often alone, if it's not very important. So that's why I was surprised to see him like that

" Nothing. Chaewon said she'll be here in a few minutes so yeah " See! That's what I said

" Ahh okay then " I threw myself to the bed again as he stared at me like he was hesitating to say something. I was curious so I decided to ask about that to cure my curiosity

" Sunghoon? Why? Do you have something to say ? " that's when he suddenly looked at me

" Ahh no- I mean, hyung are you in trouble ? " I was shocked. What if he knows about that?

" W-what are you saying? N-no of course not. Why ? " if I'm being honest, I was stuttering

" Ahh no that's just- I wanted to make sure that you're not hiding anything again like before "

" Ohh no nothing "It was a relief that he didn't ask anything else related to that. I think he trusted me

" So how are things between you and Chae going ? " he asked as he started to roam in his social media, I guess ?!

" Hmm ?! Good why? "

" No just asking " With that we both heard a click on the door. We looked in that direction only to see two girls giggling

" Hi, may I come in? I don't care if you're gonna say no, I'm doing what I want "This is what I like about her. Her free and savage attitude

" Hi Hoonie~," she said as she sat on the other chair beside Sunghoon

" Okay first of all tell me, where's your phone ? " she asked as I looked at her not knowing the reason

" Why? " I asked instead of answering her question knowing that she will be pissed for not answering her. I wanted to see her pissed face for no reason and that's why I did that

" JUST ANSWER ME FIRST " she shouted at my face. Her face was all red and that face made her cute even more

" Yah Chae, he's trying to make you pissed idiot " here! the mood killer. Why she's so annoying?

" Ahh yeah! I just wanted to know why didn't you answer my calls. I mean call. Only one hehe " she said as she looked at me

" Ahh wait " I searched my phone and it was under one of my pillows. When I found it, it was switched off

" See ?! " I showed the phone to her as she face-palmed herself like a kid, cute!

" You really are a stupid one Heeseung, don't you know that you have to charge it if it's running out of battery ? " she asked and I was about to say something but she cut me off

" It's okay, let's go somewhere? You, me , Hoonie, and Heeun since the others are busy today " she asked and if I'm being honest, I wanted to go out with someone to release my stress. Then I thought, Why not?

" Sure, give me a minute " With that three of them left my room towards downstairs I guess

At least I can give some rest to my mind without thinking sh*ts about what I don't like to think
