The fact that today is Saturday feels like a dream come true. I've been here less than a week and already so much has happened.

Most of my day is spent in bed, with a locked bedroom a door I mange to keep my mother out.

Its 2:00 pm or 14:00 as I'll need to get use to calling it, I have to go to the library for my meet up with Simon.

I put on a pair of dark blue denim jeans and a long sleeve black knit turtle neck. Pulling my curls into a high ponytail I slap on some eyeliner, pink lip gloss and pack on the blush.

With a quick once over in the mirror I decide I look alright and run out the front door.

Once I get to the library I look around for Simon, the building is old, the ceilings are high and there are large round windows to illuminate the place.

"Natalie" Simon whispers once he sees me,

I walk over to him,

"I've rounded up the towns records for 1800 until 1899, we will each look until we find anything on Jacob or Fredrick Wilgin." He hands me a box filled with books,

"Uhf" I groan as the box weighs a ton,

Sitting it down I begin pulling record books out one by one, the years are marked on the cover.

I start with 1850, it's the earliest one I've got,

I flip through the last names until I find the W's,

"Wallace, no" I flip further "Weathers, no" I look past that a bit "Whenta, no" flipping again "Wilgin, yes!"

"Shh! Quite down please" A librarian cracks at me,

I nod in agreement with her,

Then I take a look at the first names, Adam, Arthur, Asher, Athen, I push past the A's working my way towards the J's.

Jack, John, Jorge and no other J Wilgin in 1850, I continue on to the F's, Fallon, Felipe, Fenders, Fenderson and no Frederick.

"Ugh" I grunt out of frustration,

I put the 1850 records back in the box and continue to 1851,

"Absolutely nothing" I roll my eyes and pick up 1852,

After looking through there I'm still exactly where I started, I pick up 1853, then 1854, it all ends the same and I'm no closer to figuring this out.

And after hours of searching I'm ready to give up when I read aloud.

"Frederick Wilgin marries Samantha Gallows April of 1855, Simon!" I shout his name in excitement,

"This is a library!" The same angered librarian hisses at me,

"I'm sorry" I whisper back to her,

Simon walks up to me,

"Did you find something?" He asks obviously as wore out as I am,

"Right here" I pointed at the words,

"Samantha Gallows, why do I feel like I've heard her name before." He ponders a moment,

"You two will need to leave" the librarian women speaks annoyed,

"We will quite down I'm sorry" I say,

"No that's not the problem .... well I mean it's not entirely the problem, the library is now closed." She straightens her posture,

Looking at the large clock on the wall I see it's 20:00 meaning we've been here six hours.
