The opening to Jujusu Kaisen, Kaikai Kitan sounded from my alarm

Ahh, the hype beat of the song never fails to wake me up

My eyes fluttered open and I pushed myself into a sitting position before reaching over to turn the song up

After stretching my body I finally decide to leave my bed

Because today is the first day at Itachiyama Institute, as a second year

I attended my 1st year of high school at Nekoma High, but decided to move elsewhere after the sudden burst of popularity

Ever since I won the champion for Japan National Piano Competition, I seem to be receiving a lot of attention.

At the almost perfect timing, I released my own album, [asleep.]

Surprisingly, I pretty much became one of the top young musicians after releasing my album

Many companies tried to sign a contract with me, but I refused, I would rather focus on my studies for now

Overall, I do want to enjoy my student life before becoming a musician or whatever I want to do in the future

The popularity I was receiving wasn't helping my student life though

I didn't mind it at first, thinking it's probably going to fade away soon but I was wrong and I received even more attention as day pass on, unnecessary attentions as well

The reason I had to leave Nekoma was because there was this group of boys who were somehow obsessed with me, I don't know why, but they apparently thought it was a good idea to stalk me everyday

So yeah, for personal safety, my parents decided I should transfer school

I told my best friends since childhood - Kuroo and Kenma about the transferring as soon as I found out

They were very understandable and believe it is the best thing to do, so I moved into my new home during the last week of summer holiday

To be fair, I don't live extremely far from Nekoma since Itachiyama in is Tokyo as well, just an hour drive, probably longer if I took train so the three of us could still meet up whenever we want

Currently, I'm dressed up in my new uniform, and walking downstairs after washing up

Emori, my brother, is at the dining table eating breakfast already, he also moved school because of my awkward situation, but he told me my safety is the priority, which I am very grateful of

Unlike most siblings, we don't really fight a lot, but Emori is surely the protective type

Let's just say we have to lock him in his room so that he won't beat the group of stalkers up

Emori was also best friend with Kuroo since they are in the same year, same class
