Part 7. Dangerous encounters

Narrator's POV

You both head into the next room, though once you enter the next room, you notice that it split off into more rooms

Y/n: Maybe it's best we split up and look through these rooms alone, divide and conquer, right?

Enri nods

Y/n: If something happens, then just call for help, I'll get there as fast as I can

Enri nods once again

The area split off into three different sections, there was left, right, and in the middle

Y/n: I guess I'll take the right side, what about you?

Enri: I-I'll go check out the middle path first

You nod

Y/n: Stay safe

You start to head to the right side, while Enri went to the middle

Y/n: (Was it the best option to split up? I know Enri can hold her own, but I guess I'm a little worried)

You head to one of the doors on the right side, you grab the doorknob and open the door

Inside the room, you can see a key, but what's weird is the fact that before you can get to the key there's a laser, you look around to see if you can find anything else in the room, you then notice on the wall there was letters written in blood

WAIT is what it spelled out

Y/n: Wait for what?

You didn't know what you were supposed to do, but you were not gonna touch that laser, you weren't an idiot, you look up to see a giant block of metal

Y/n: If I touch that laser then that block will probably crush me

So there was only one thing to do. . .and that was to wait, you weren't sure what you were waiting for, but you weren't going to proceed

. . .

. . .

. . .

A few seconds go by, and suddenly, the laser turn off

This was your chance, you quickly made it to the other side and grab the key, then you ran back to the other side, just in case if the laser turned back on

Y/n: *Phew* That was not stressful at all

At that moment it hit you

Y/n: If this place was Dangerous, then that means- ENRI!

You ran back to where Enri was

Y/n: Please be okay

You ran out into the Hallway, but then you remembered that Enri went to the middle when you split off

Y/n: Crap, Which way is she now? Is she on the left side, or is she still in the middle?

If Enri was in trouble then you can't be wrong with this decision, but what path should you take?

Y/n: I'll just have to follow my instincts

Meanwhile. . .

Enri was now heading to the left side after finding out that she couldn't go any further in to the middle path since it was locked, she stopped in front of one of the doors on the left side

Enri: (I hope Y/n is okay)

She turned the doorknob on the door and it opened, She looked in the room and noticed there was key on the other side of a huge gap in the middle of the room, and the only way to get across to the other side was by walking on a plank that was over the huge gap, she also noticed that there was. . .tentacles? Coming from below
