Christmas is finally upon us! My favourite time of year! I've wanted to write a Christmas story at Christmastime for ages but never had the right storyline to go with it. This time, I feel like I have it.
Welcome to a Larry short story. If you've come from Harbour Records, then this book is going to be a walk in the park for you (Christ, I'm so sorry that that story is so long!) This one, however will be a nice, quick, cosy read to snuggle up to at Christmas.
As the description suggests, this story is an enemies to lovers kind of set up, where childhood foes, Harry and Louis, meet up again for the first time in eleven years. But things don't exactly go to plan for them...
The story will feature Louis' and Harry's real life mothers, but their fathers will have different names, only because I hate to paint characters - who aren't exactly the best, basically - by using real life names when they're not like that irl, if that makes sense?
I also feel like I need to disclaim here that this book is going to be rather fast-paced as it's set only over a week (hence the chapters titled 'day 1-7'). So if you're looking for a slow-burn, you're not going to find it here. The romance will be completely different compared to Harbour Records; as opposed to romantic, slow and tender, it will be quick, frustrated and desperate. They hate each other, after all... well... supposedly.
