"SANDRO? ALTHEA?" Mam Liza was confused.
"Mom... it's not what you think." Sandro stood up.
"Honey, what is going onnnnn---Sandro?!" BBM was surprised as well.
He kept looking between me and Sandro.
"Pops... I can explain"
"Ano bang ginagawa--" Natahimik naman si Simon ng makita nya kami.
Naks naman. Complete family na sila.
Nakatayo na silang apat sa may pintuan banda.
Huhuhuhu.
"Anak... why...uh..." Mam Liza was speechless na.
"Mam Liza... Sir BBM" Tumayo na din ako.
"Nothing happened here..." I started.
"But why is he in your bed? Why are you.. um... cuddling..." Mam Liza was stuttering.
"Sandro? Is she your girlfriend?" Tanong naman ni BBM.
"Uh..." Hindi rin alam ni Sandro ang isasagot.
We both like each other, I mean our feelings are mutual.
We just haven't talked about it.
"He just helped me po.." I said.
"Helped you with what?" Vinny asked while smirking.
Halatang halata sa itsura nya ang pang-aasar.
"I was having a nightmare po.. and Sandro was kind enough to wake me and make sure I was safe"
I explained.
Natahimik naman silang apat.
"So Sandro just suddenly woke up? Two rooms from here? Upon hearing you having a nightmare?" Simon asked.
They were suspicious of us.
"I was passing by her room when I heard her" He explained.
" AHHHHH"
Sabay-sabay naman si Vinny, Simon and Sir BBM.
"Nakatulog lang ako dito.. I swear. Nothing happened" Sandro said.
"Hmmmp. I don't believe you. Sige nga kung nagsasabi kayo ng totoo, magkiss nga kayo" Sabat naman ni Vinny.
Lahat naman kami kumunot ang noo sa sinabi nya.
"Stop messing around!" Hinampas naman sya ni Mam Liza.
He just laughed naman.
"Okay... okay... I believe you two." Lumapit naman si Mam Liza sa akin.
"I'm just happy that Sandro was here for you" She said.
Napangiti naman ako.
"Come on, let's go downstairs. I prepared something for you."
After breakfast, pumasok naman si Sandro and Simon sa kapitolyo.
Hindi nya muna ako pinapasok sa trabaho.
I was left with Mam Liza and Vinny sa bahay.
"Iha, do you know how to cook?" Mam Liza asked.
Nasa balcony kaming tatlo.
"Uh, yes po mam. Tinuruan ako ng mama ko magluto noong teenager ako" I said.
"My mom doesn't know how to cook" Sumabat naman si Vinny habang kaharap ang phone nya.
"Vinny!" Hinampas sya ni mam Liza.
"Gusto nyo po turuan ko kayo?" I suggested.
Her face lit up.
"Talaga? Pwede ba?" She was excited.
"Syempre naman po. Ano po ang gusto nyong lutuin?" I asked.
"Adobong Manok. My husband loves that" She said.
"Sige po, magluto tayo" Na-excite na din ako.
"We can go buy groceries now. Let's go" She said.
"Oy. Sama ako" Vinny stood up din and nauna pa sa sasakyan.
After namin mag-grocery, we started cooking na.
I taught mam Liza my technique in cooking adobo.
Mas masarap talaga kapag marami yung sarsa.
"Hmmm. Ang sarap" She said as she took a bite.
Napangiti naman ako.
"Vinny, tikman mo" He stood up and tinikman nya din.
"Wow. Ganito pala ang lasa ng adobo" He was kidding.
Nagtampo naman si Mam Liza at niyakap nya agad ito.
"Jk mom. I love you. Andito naman na si Althea, tuturuan ka nyang magluto" He said as he kissed her forehead.
"Thank you anak".
Dumating naman si BBM, Sandro and Simon.
"Ooohh that's my favorite.." Sir BBM said.
"Sinong nagluto? Mom?" Simon asked.
"Althea did" She said..
Tiningnan naman ako ni Sandro na nakangiti.
"Hindi po... we both did. Tinuruan ko po si mam Liza, kasi sabi nya favorite nyo daw ito"
"She's not wrong tho. Thank you... both of you"
Sir BBM said.
They tasted it and awa ng Diyos nagustuhan naman nila.
"Pwede ka ng mag-asawa Althea" BBM said.
"Oohh. I would love to have you as my daughter in law" Nagulat naman ako sa sinabi ni Mam Liza.
Sandro and I looked at each other.
After dinner, nasa garden na kami ni Sandro.
Just having coffee.
"Althea..can I ask you something?" He said.
"Oo naman." Sagot ko naman as I took a sip of my coffee.
"Do you.. um.. do you remember when you told me that you like me too?"
Muntik naman ako mabulunan sa kape.
Ay agad.
"Yes." I answered.
"Can we talk about it?" He asked.
I nodded.
"I mean, if only you want to.. I'd like to date you... only if you want to ha, but if you're not ready or you don't feel like dating me I would totally understand...I mean, I don't want to make you uncomfortable and all--"
Bigla ko naman syang hinalikan sa pisngi.
Nagulat sya and he looked at me.. stunned.
"Yes.. I'd like to date you.." I answered.
