I feel like he's stronger than Dean. I know, it's been said that Mok-ha are not that big of a threat when you're fighting them separately, but we gotta admit that he has some skill by himself too. He was a pain in the ass for Jaryeong and let's not forget that he's basically the leader of the little group that fights the weaklings of Cheongang.
