gabriella pov:
jayla and maya bust down my door and looks at me.

"i may have been asked to join the server as a trial run by dream today" both of them smile

"no fucking way this is huge for you! ugh i wish i could be here when you do it but it turns out i start my job today, tell me all about it later?" jayla says

"of course, good luck on your first day"

"same to you" jayla says as she walks out, maya looks at me with a smirk.

"uh oh what are you thinking about"

"can I stay in the room while you stream?" she flashes me an innocent smile, I know damn well she ain't innocent, I contemplate for a sec and sigh.

"fine but be quiet" i say while putting on my headphones

"wait but i wanna listen"

"jesus christ" i say as i roll my eyes and unplug my headphones

i get a message on discord and it's dream sending me the ip address with an invite to the dsmp discord. my eyes slightly widen

"what the fuck" i whisper

"what happened" maya ask looking up from her phone

" dream sent me an invite the the dsmp discord"

"oh shit , accept it" maya says excited

"no i'm not in the dream smp i'm just visiting, i'm gomna dm him and ask if it was a mistake"

GABBY:
i think you accidentally sent me the dsmp discord we're vc'ing on the bestie squad one right?

DREAM:
nope we're vc'ing on the dsmp discord

GABBY:
oh ok

DREAM:
is there something wrong with that?

GABBY:
no not at all just confused

DREAM:
ok see you in a bit :)

GABBY:
see you in a bit !

"hi chat, today was quite a surprise for me as well as it was for you guys. but nonetheless i am so fucking excited because today we are visiting THE dream smp server! only as a visitor tho i am not apart of the smp so please don't attack me" i say with a smile

"IM HERE TOO" maya yells . i roll my eyes

"that's my roommate maya but i won't be showing her for personal reasons but she wanted to witness this momentous occasion for my career in person apparently"

"YESSIRRR" i laugh at her dumbass and join the discord vc

"HI GABBY" i hear tubbo scream , maya slightly jumps and whispers 'what the fuck' , i chuckle

"hi tubbo"

"hi gabby it's nice to meet you" ranboo says

"hi ranboo it's nice to meet you as well we are going to take over the dsmp today"

"they cant stop us"

"uh yes i can" dream says chiming in

"DAMN who's voice is that? it's kinda hot"  maya says from behind me , everyone in the call laughs but dream does his kettle like laugh

"that's my roommate maya she wanted to be here, anyways let's join the server chat"

i open up minecraft and press the ip address that dream gave me and transferred it into minecraft causing the world to load, i smile into my camera of excitement and see the walls at the beginning of the server. after about 5 seconds i see dream in full netherite

"i see you gabby , follow me" i nod and follow dream down the prime path towards the middle of the server where he starts talking. holy shit this is kinda surreal. after watching lore streams and other streams on this server being on it is huge for me. i look at the chat in minecraft and see someone joined

wilbursoot joined the game

i gasp and smile at the text, i interrupt dream on whatever he was saying about the server

"wilbur's here!"

"pay attention" dream says getting really close to my character

"fine but can we at least say hi to wilbur" i turn my character around and see tubbo and ranboo following us placing down blocks as they walk, weird but ok.

"fine" i smile happy to be able to say hi to my friend. dream types in the chat

dream: where are you wilbur , gabby wants to say hi
wilbursoot: near tommy's house

"guess we're going to tommy's house" dream says as we keep walking

"gabby later i'll take you to snowchester or we can check out the ruins of l'manburg" tubbo suggest, i nod my characters head towards tubbo a character and he gets all excited that he can show me his country. soon we make it to tommy's house where i see wilbur's character i sprint towards him and crouch in front of him and wave my hands , he does the same back. soon after ranboo and tubbo join in and we're all laughing. wilbur stops and looks at my character. i stop and do the same, he drops a rose and puts a smile in chat
