IT'S BEEN A FEW WEEKS SINCE SECTIONALS and not a lot has changed since our win.

Everyone was still getting sluhsied and we were still at the bottom like we were before winning.

Anyways, I was now talking with Jesse about our win at Sectionals.

"...and that's how we won Sectionals with no setlist." I explain.

"Wow, no wonder you guys looked pretty underrehearsed." Jesse comments.

"Besides me." I joke and he rolls his eyes.

"Originally, you were supposed to lose Sectionals so you could be back in Vocal Adrenaline but now you're gonna have to stay there until regionals. You're not doing anything to make them lose." Jesse mentions.

"Well, what do you want me to do. We weren't competing together for sectionals so I couldn't tell you our setlist and plus, more drama goes down than planning for competitions." I tell him.

He sits there and thinks for a few moments. "You know you're best friend Rachel?"

"Yeah. What about her?" I ask.

"Tell me more about her."

It was the next day and we were all sitting in the choir room watching Mr. Schue write Hello on the board.

"Hello. Hello?" Mr. Schue asks.

"Hello." We all mumble.

"What do you guys say when you answer the phone?" Mr. Schue asks.

"What up?"

"Who this be?"

"No. She's dead. This is her son."

"O-kay. Alexander Graham Bell, inventor of the telephone... liked to say ahoy, ahoy when he answered the phone. It was Edison who decided that hello was a more appropriate greeting.  Look, I am really proud of what you guys did at sectionals. But as most of you have realized by now...it hasn't made a bit of difference in your day-to-day at school." Mr. Schue explains.

"I have a Slushee-stained training bra to prove it." Rachel comments.

"I didn't know you still wore training bra's." I mention and she blushes.

"The fact is, we're gonna have to be better...even more spectacular at regionals. It's time for some reinvention, some new New Directions. We need a new... hello. Here's your assignment for the week. Come up with a fresh number, but it has to have hello in the song title. All right?" Mr. Schue adds.

Later that day, Finn decide to sing a song for this week's assignment.

*Hello, I Love You - Sung by Finn Hudson*
