It Started from a Bet (Kris)

Confession?

Ha Ra's POV
It have been 3 days since the kiss incident. I tried my best to avoid Kris. Sure we share a room but I prefer to be quiet and not talk to Kris. When he was about to talk to me I'm always walk away from him. I don't know why but I feel like it will be better if I not talk to him right now.

Like always, I have a basketball practice today. I came to the court and warming up. A few minutes later the coach came and we began to practice

"Today we will try defense 'man to man'. I won't devide it due to the gender, I'll mix the team. So try your best. Don't be weak" my coach said

"Ha Ra, you'll be the offense and Kris will defense you. Now!" The coach yelled

I dribble the ball. Left, right, left, right. Damn it why it so hard to broke Kris' defense. I saw Kris looked at me seriously

"Ha Ra, let me explain everything. I know it was my fault. Please don't ignore me" Kris said while kept defense me

"You didn't do anything wrong. So you don't need to explain anything. Beside, I didn't ignore you. I just too busy"

"But-" before he finished his sentence, I cut him off

"Wrong move!" I said and I could pass him

"Focus Kris" I heard the coach yelled from the side of basketball court

Fast Forward

I grabbed a bottle of water and gulped it. I'm ready to go home. Suddenly Kris come behind me. I was ready to walk away, I stood up but Kris grabbed my wrist

"Ha Ra let me talk for a while" he said with soft voice

"I'm sorry Kris I'm busy"

"Ha Ra please don't ignore me"

"Why you care?" I don't know why but I felt mad at him

"It's because -"

"Because what? Let me go Kris, you have girlfriend, so it will be better if you go to her. Maybe she waiting for you now"

"Girlfriend? But I don't have one"

"Whatever" I said and walked away

Kris' POV

Girlfriend? I don't have girlfriend. She must thought that Minnah is my girlfriend. I didn't realized that my grip was loosen. She walked away from me. There's no way I will let her go

"It because I love you Ha Ra" I shouted at her knowing that she has walked a bit far

"It because I love you, so I care to you and I want to explain everything. And I don't have girlfriend, she is just someone that not important" I shouted again and made her stopped walking. People were looking at me weirdly, but I don't care. The basketball members were go home ready so it just some people there. I was busy on my thought when I feel something warm. She hug me, Ha Ra hug me, She freaking hug me

"I love you too Kris, do you know how hurt to see you with her?"

"I know, and I'm sorry. So, do you want to be my girlfriend Jung Ha Ra?"

"Yes, Kris!"
