After coming back to earth for a Few days Yn been busy saving people,stopping crimes,taking down sex trafficking,drug deals,stopping sexual assault,people have started calling him a real hero and hero's we're getting angry about the phantom runner taking the spotlight And Yn was getting some attention from ua specially the principal

Nezu was in a conference with some of the hero teachers

Nezu:thank you for being here I like to discuss the vigilante known as the phantom runner now on the new people keep on saying that he's a better hero than us people saying he's the speedster of Japan and they say that everytime he disappears he doesn't make a sound when he runs

Aizawa:he's taken down drug cartels,sex trafficking,grand theft auto, with these crimes going down its like he's saying that he's better than us and he can finish faster than us so we can't catch Him

Midnight:why not flash can't he catch him

Nezu:not likely he having problems with his speed ever since Yn ln passed away flash speed is getting slower by the minute till there no more speed for flash

All the teachers look depressed when they talk about Yn

Mic:we brought him to ua to give him a better place a better life but we did the opposite we gave him a hell hole our students bully him for being quirkless I don't know why we didn't protect him and not that he's gone and the citizens hates us I don't think I could be a hero after everything that has happened

Present mic gets of his chair

Mic:I want to resign for being a hero

Nezu:I understand mic please your hero license in my office before you go

Mic:okay sir

Mic leaves the conference

Midnight:we're no better then the villains we've could've trained Yn with his power he would've been a great hero now he's gone because we thought he was going to be the same as his father if we didn't put that power blocker on Yn none of these will be happening

Aizawa:we're all the blame for his death we can't change that

All might:I'm also the blame I told Izumi to stay away from him because I told her that he is the son of the reverse flash she distant herself away from him and none she looks so loveless like she lost all the love she has

Nezu:we did a lot of bad thing to Yn but we can't turn back time to prevent what we've done if something bad happens to us then we accept it what bad stuff happens

Nezu:maybe we can I'll make a conference with the news about ua wants to talk to the phantom runner and ask him to join ua
