Phantom:how does it feel flash after everything you and the other hero did to Yn your friends and family started hating you your loosing your speed and kid flash is losing his speed because of your incompetence your told by the speed force to save Yn but you didn't you were supposed to save innocent but you couldn't save Yn that flash is your sin
Superman:phantom I'm sorry for what happened to Yn he didn't deserve the life he had but why did you break out Harley Quinn and killer frost
Phantom:they were Yn friends I took them out Tartarus so they can have a somewhat happy life I was doing it for Yn that was it

Phantom:yes but I'm not done yet all I need is to kill katsuki bakugo and make the hero's that made Yn life a living by exposing them making sure the people wouldn't trust or need them ever again I don't want them to be hero's anymore
Wonder Woman:I understand your angry but killing that guy won't bring Yn back
Phantom:I know that it's way of finishing Yn wishes to know that are people like him that will hurt people because they have no power or a villain power all that bastard wants to be number one hero he doesn't care about anything else that's why his life needs to end the way he acts towards people is not right he has a superiority complex he thinks he's better then everyone else but when he meets me he will know fear he will how it feels to be weak and can't fight back all the damage he does towards people is not right or civil
Superman:why not expelled him from ua
Phantom:that Nezu wants to keep him there in ua to keep an eye on him so he doesn't do anything reckless or he'll hurt innocent just because he's mad
