Chapter 9

I woke happy as I been in awhile, only if I knew what was ahead of me today. I got up and got changed, I woke up Charlie. I when into the kitchen and got cereal, which was my favourite cereal cap'n Crunch.

"What time it is?" Charlie said rubbing his eyes

"It's 5:34 in the morning, why? Still tired?" I asked passing him a bowl of cereal

"Yeah I am, and thanks" he said

"So you going to school today? It's Wednesday and you missed two days already" I said eating my cereal

"Yeah I guess since you woke me up y/n" he said sitting on the couch

I walked over to him and sat down.

"So y/n what you do last night, and do you get what I asked for?" He asked

"It was amazing! And yeah just a sec" I said walking into are room

"Here" I said passing him a bag

"Thanks so much y/n means a lot" he said

"Of course" I said smiling at him

About 3 hours later...

"CHARLIE YOU READY YET!!?" I asked

"YEAH JUST A SEC!" He said running putting a sweater on

"Good, I'll wait outside" I said opening the door

I looked down and saw cigarettes, and I had a flash back.

Flash back...

"Mom!" I said running downstairs

I looked around for her but I couldn't find her, I looked in the downstairs bathroom and found her.

"Hey you okay?" I asked lifting her hair up

"Hey I'm OKAY! Leave me alone kid" she said stuttering most of it drunk

"Mom...it's me y/n, remember your kid" I said trying to help her

"I don't need your HELP! Get away from me!" She said trying to push me away

I walked away from her and went into the kitchen, I got her a cup of water. I walked to her giving it to her, she just throw it at me. And started puking again, I just walked away from her and all I heard going up the stairs was "god this is why I never even wanted kids"

I when into my room and sat by the window, I grabbed a pack of cigarettes and smoke some. I just didn't know what to do anymore, I kinda wished I could just run away to like New York or California.

Back into the moment (flashback over)...

"Y/n! Y/n! Y/N!??" Charlie said shaking me

"What? Oh sorry, just daydreaming again" I said walking down the stairs

"You okay? You seem pretty down" Charlie said worriedly

"Yeah...I'm fine." I said putting my hood on

About 15 later...

We got to school and I walked inside, I walked to my locker.

"Hey, y/n right?" A girl said

"Yeah it is, Chloe right?" I said closing my locker

"Yeah it is, so you better back off my man" she said
