Rock War

Y/n's POV:

After shouting at Richie,
I could hear some chattering in the distance.
I looked at everyone
to see if they heard it too.
" Oh, shit, that's Belch Huggins car...
We shou- we should probably get out of here"
Eddie said looking at a car near some bushes.
I nodded.
" Wait, isn't that the homeschooled kid's bike? "
Bill pointed to a bike with a basket beside
Belchs's car.
" Yeah, that's Mike's. "
Eddie replied.
" We have to help him. "
Beverly said looking over to me for some help.
" We should? "
My brother questioned.
" Yes "
" Yeah "
Beverly and I said as we dropped out bikes
and started
running towards the bushes.
I heard the others drop their bikes to the ground and hearing
them catch up from behind.

We then come out to see
Henry and his goons,
Henry was pinning Mike down on the ground about to hit him with a rock.
But a rock came flying toward Henry and hit him right on the head.
I looked to the side to see that Beverly threw the rock.
" Nice shot "
Stanley said while catching his breath.
" Thanks "
Beverly replied as
Mike started coming towards us as he crossed
the river.
" Hey, you okay? I'm Y/n, assuming you're
Mike right? "
I asked as I helped him up.
" Yeah I am, And yes I'm Mike. Mike Hanlon. "
He said with a smile.
" Well Mike Hanlon, it was a pleasure meeting you but let's continue this conversation later.
We'll need to get out of this mess first. "
I chuckled patting his shoulder.
He nodded as he laid down in the back watching the scene happen.
I then looked to the side to see that all of us picked up a rock,
to be ready for anything that happens next.
I look across to see Henry and his goons all
pissed about us showing up.
" You losers out trying too hard. She'll do you.
You just gotta ask nicely,
like I did. "
Henry smirked as he rubbed his groin area, hearing
Belch and Victor laughing from behind.

Ben suddenly screamed
as he threw a rock hitting Henry on the head.
" What the fuck? "
Henry whispered.
The next thing I knew we we're all throwing rocks at each other.
" ROCK WAR!! "
My brother shouted when a rock flew right on his face knocking him down.
Eddie jumped in the river to get a better aim, the others were actually hitting Henry,
and the rest of his goons,
which made them fall.
Everyone was still dodging and throwing
till I picked one up and made eye contact with Henry.
I was about to throw it to him but
the moment our eyes locked, a rock came flying to my face making me fall.
I groaned as I got back up to feel my nose dripping,
I touched my nose
and looked at my hand too see blood.
" You... Mother fucker!!! "
I shouted as I threw rock
hitting Henry right in his crotch.
" Fuck you, Bitch! "
Belch shouted.
Beverly then threw a rock making Belch
almost fall.
We all stopped throwing rocks when we saw
Belch and Victor running away
leaving Henry laying on the ground.

All of us panting and staring
at each other in silence realizing to what
had just happened.
I looked to see that everyone was okay,
well except for me.
I wiped the blood off my nose with the inner sleeves of my white sweater, before any of them
could see it.
Stan and Eddie helped Mike back up as they walked
behind the bushes making their way below the bridge to where the train passes, basically
near the Barrens.
All of us followed from behind, I still felt blood dripping from my nose
and I just kept wiping it off.
A little nose bleed shouldn't stop me from walking, right?
" Go blow your dad, you mullet-wearing asshole! "
Richie shouted flipping him off and walking over
to me.
" Woah, Y/n you okay? You look well -... "
He paused.
" - Awful. "
He continued chucking,
fixing his glasses as we we're walking from behind,
catching up with the others.
I didn't said
anything.
I guess I had a bruise somewhere on my face and I'm sure I was covered
in dirt but I don't think he saw the blood,
so I just nodded.
As we were passing under the bridge
Mike spoke up and said.
" Thanks, guys, but you shouldn't have done that.
They'll be after you guys, too, now. "
" Oh, no, no, no, Bowers?
He's always after us. "
Eddie said replying to Mike.
" I guess that's one th - thi - thing we all have in common. "
Bill added.
" Yeah, Homeschool.
Welcome to the Loser's Club! "
Richie shouted.
" Wait..! "
Ben shouted making us stop, our heads
turned to him
" Uh, Uhm I gotta show you guys s on something,
just follow me "
Ben continued
with excitement as he took the lead and started heading towards the
woods/Barrens.
We all nodded and followed him.
